Context and objective: the new generation of international courts which are called dual courts, including internal international judges who exert national and international rights at the same time. the current paper tries to answer to 2 substantial questions:1. which place do dual courts stand in the international penal system and which classification could they have?2. what characteristics dual courts do have?methodology: this paper uses documentary research and library references.findings: determining the sense, explanation, position and divisions of dual courts are the main findings of this paper, next, the main characteristics of these kinds of courts have been surveyed. the findings of the research show that the new generation of dual courts consists of international courts and pretty extensive ranges of internal courts will be changed to international courts to form internal international courts.results: discovering different dimensions of dual courts needs obvious classification. these courts have many hyper specifics than compound courts formed from internal and international sections.so that flexibility and standardization of internal laws, of among most important characteristics of these new generation of international courts.
