نقش همکاری های بین المللی در مبارزه با موادمخدر

زمینه و هدف: افزایش تقاضای مصرف غیرمجاز انواع مواد مخدر و قاچاق بین‌المللی مواد مخدر سودآور بودن و تاثیر قاچاق مواد مخدر در اقتصاد و سیاست موجب شده است گروه‌های سازمان‌یافته با اتکا به کارتل‌ها و سازمان‌های مافیایی و حمایت و هدایت پنهآن‌قدرت‌ها، با خاطری آسوده به تجارت بین‌المللی مواد مخدر بپردازند. پژوهش حاضر، با هدف بررسی نقش همکاری های بین المللی در مبارزه با موادمخدر نگاشته شده است.روش: روش پژوهش حاضر، توصیفی تحلیلی و از نوع کیفی است که با بهره گیری از منابع کتابخانه ای نگاشته شده است.یافته ها: مواد مخدر معضل تمام مردم جهان است و همه کشورها باوجود تفاوت‌های فرهنگی، مذهبی، اجتماعی و ساختار سیاستی و حکومتی با این معضل درگیر هستند. برای مقابله با این معضل، سیستم کنترل بین‌المللی مواد مخدر تحت مجموعه‌ای از معاهدات و کنوانسیون‌ها قرار دارد که توسط سازمان ملل متحد تصویب شده است. نتایج: دفتر مقابله با مواد مخدر و جرم سازمان ملل متحد به این نتیجه رسیده است که باید در سطح جهانی با معضل مواد مخدر مبارزه کرد و سازمان ملل متحد سعی می‌کند کشورهایی را که در مسیر عبور کاروان‌های مواد مخدر قرار دارند تجهیز کند؛ در واقع قاچاق مواد مخدر معضلی است که هیچ‌یک از کشورها به‌تنهایی قادر به مهار آن نیستند. ارادۀ قوی بین‌المللی و همکاری دولت‌ها باید زیربنای سیاست مبارزه با مواد مخدر قرار گیرد.

abstractbackground and objective: the increasing demand for illicit drug use and international drug trafficking, the profitability and impact of drug trafficking on the economy and politics, have led organized groups to engage in the international drug trade with ease, relying on cartels and mafia organizations and the support and guidance of hidden powers. the present study was written with the aim of examining the role of international cooperation in the fight against drugs.method: the present study is descriptive-analytical and qualitative, using library resources.findings: drugs are a problem for all people in the world, and all countries are involved in this problem despite cultural, religious, social, and political and governmental differences. to combat this problem, the international drug control system is under a set of treaties and conventions that have been approved by the united nations.results: the united nations office on drugs and crime has concluded that the drug problem must be combated globally, and the united nations is trying to equip countries along the route of drug convoys. in fact, drug trafficking is a problem that no country can control alone. strong international will and cooperation between governments must underpin the policy of combating drugs. .
