جرم یابی دیجیتال : اهداف، چالش ها و چشم انداز پیش رو

زمینه و هدف: در عصر پیچیده امروز و بویژه در چند سال گذشته، جرم یابی دیجیتال به عنوان شاخه‌ای از علوم جرم یابی که شامل بازیابی، تحقیق، بررسی و تجزیه و تحلیل مواد یافت شده در دستگاه‌های دیجیتال است در زمینه های گوناگون گسترش یافته است که موجب توجه صاحب نظران و ناظران علمی به مفهوم نوین جرم یابی دیجیتال شده است. هدف اصلی این پژوهش بررسی دقیق و علمی جرم یابی دیجیتال و پرداختن به اهداف، چالش ها و چشم انداز پیش رو است.روش: در این مقاله از روش‌های تحلیل متون و منابع علمی استفاده شده است. این مقاله به گونه‌ای طراحی شده است که متون و منابع مرتبط را تجزیه و تحلیل کرده و بر اساس آنها معانی مفاهیم مرتبط با جرم یابی دیجیتال را تعریف و رابطه میان آنها و اهداف و چالش های پیش روی آن را مورد بررسی قرار می دهد.یافته ها و نتایج: تحلیل منابع علمی و متون تخصصی نشان می‌دهد که جرم یابی دیجیتال به عنوان ابزاری برای تعامل مستقیم با افکار عمومی جهانی، در سال‌های اخیر با تحولاتی همراه بوده است که بخش عمده‌ای از آن ناشی از ظهور و گسترش رسانه‌های اجتماعی است. در این میان جرم یابی دیجیتال از یک حرفه نسبتاً مبهم به بخش مهمی از تحقیقات گسترده و تخصصی تبدیل شده است. یافته‌ها نشان می‌دهد که شناسایی، کسب، پردازش، تجزیه و تحلیل و گزارش داده‌های ذخیره شده به عنوان بخشی از فرآیند جرم یابی دیجیتال موجب تسهیل انجام تحقیقات تخصصی خواهد شد.

background and objective: in today's complex era, and especially in the past few years, digital forensics, as a branch of forensic science that includes the retrieval, research, examination, and analysis of materials found in digital devices, has expanded in various fields, which has attracted the attention of experts and scientific observers to the new concept of digital forensics. the main objective of this research is to conduct a detailed and scientific study of digital forensics and address the goals, challenges, and future prospects.method: this article uses methods of analyzing scientific texts and sources. this article is designed to analyze relevant texts and sources, define the meanings of concepts related to digital forensics, and examine the relationship between them and the goals and challenges facing it.findings and results: analysis of scientific sources and specialized texts shows that digital forensics, as a tool for direct interaction with global public opinion, has undergone changes in recent years, a major part of which is due to the emergence and expansion of social media. meanwhile, digital forensics has evolved from a relatively obscure profession to an important part of extensive and specialized investigations. findings show that identifying, acquiring, processing, analyzing, and reporting stored data as part of the digital forensics process will facilitate specialized investigations.
