راهبردهای پیشگیرانه اجتماعی در خصوص شرط بندی ورزشی با نگاهی بر رویکردهای بین المللی

هدف: هدف از پژوهش حاضر بررسی راهبردهای پیشگیرانه اجتماعی موثر در کاهش و کنترل شرط بندی های ورزشی و ارائه یک مدل سیاستگزاری کنشی مطلوب به متولیان سیاستگزاری در این عرصه می باشد. روش‌شناسی: پژوهش حاضر با هدف کاربردی و به روش توصیفی- تحلیلی، با مراجعه به منابع کتابخانه‌ای و مرور پژوهش‌های پیشین انجام شده است.یافته‌ها: شرط بندی ورزشی در ایران به مسئله ای اجتماعی تبدیل شده است. اتخاذ سیاست های سرکوبگرانه و واکنشی محض، توفیقی در کنترل و مهار رشد روزافزون این معضل نداشته است. یافته های پژوهش حاضر که از مرور مطالعات خارجی و تطبیق دیدگاه های اسلام شناختی، روانشناختی، جامعه شناختی و جرم شناختی حاصل شده است، حاکی از اثربخشی راهبردهای پیشگیرانه اجتماعی در کاهش و کنترل شرط بندی ورزشی می باشد. این راهبردها عبارتند از: معرفی و تعمیق آموزه ها و باورهای دینی، راهبردهای پیشگیرانه خانواده محور، راهبردهای پیشگیرانه مدرسه محور، بالا بردن سطح دانش و آگاهی عمومی، تقویت مهارت های خودکنترلی و پیوندهای اجتماعی، و مرتفع شدن مشکلات معیشتی و اقتصادی جامعه.نتیجه‌گیری: شرط بندی ورزشی به دلیل تحمیل اثرات زیانبار فردی، اجتماعی، اقتصادی و فرهنگی به دولت و جامعه، مستلزم توجه ویژه و عزم و هماهنگی سازمان ها و دستگاه های مختلف قانونی و قضایی، نهادهای امنیتی و مراجع بازرسی، فرماندهی انتظامی، مدیران وزارت ورزش و جوانان، وزارت ارتباطات و فناوری، وزارت آموزش و پرورش، وزارت علوم و وزارت فرهنگ و ارشاد اسلامی به منظور کنترل و مهار هر چه بهتر این پدیده می باشد.

social preventive strategies in the field of sports betting with looking at international approaches

purpose: the purpose of the current research is to investigate social preventive strategies effective in reducing and controlling sports betting and to provide a desirable action policy model to the policy makers in this field.methodology: the current research was conducted with a practical purpose and descriptive-analytical method, referring to library sources and reviewing previous researches.findings: sports betting has become a social issue in iran. the adoption of purely reactive and repressive policies has not been successful in controlling and curbing the ever-increasing growth of this problem. the findings of the current research, which have been obtained from the review of foreign studies and adaptation of islamic, psychological, sociological and criminological perspectives, indicate the effectiveness of social preventive strategies in reducing and controlling sports betting. these strategies include: introducing and deepening religious teachings and beliefs, family-oriented preventive strategies, school-oriented preventive strategies, raising the level of public knowledge and awareness, strengthening self-control skills and social bonds, and solving the livelihood and economic problems of society.conclusion: sports betting due to the imposition of harmful personal, social, economic and cultural effects on the government and society, requires special attention and determination and coordination of various legal and judicial organizations and institutions, security institutions and inspection authorities, police force, ministry managers. sports and youth, ministry of communication and technology, ministry of education, ministry of science and ministry of culture and islamic guidance in order to control and contain this phenomenon as best as possible.
