مجازی شدن واقعیت در عصر سایبرنتیکی

زمینه و هدف: عصر حاضر که به نوعی از آن «عصر سایبرنتیک» یاد می شود سبب گردیده است بخش عظیمی از فعالیت های تجاری، اقتصادی، اجتماعی، سیاسی و.. از فضای واقعی به این فضا نقل مکان نماید به گونه ای که امروزه شاهد نوعی مجازی شدن تمامی عرصه های مختلف زندگی در جهان هستی هستیم. از سویی همین شتاب تغییرات و تحول چشمگیر فناوری در عرصه جهانی، روابط سیاره ای، واقعیت مجازی و فرا واقعیت جهانی را به موضوع مطالعه روابط بین الملل تبدیل نموده است. لذا بررسی دیدگاههای نظری در خصوص عصر سایبرنتیک و همچنین بررسی تاثیر فناوری های نوین ارتباطی در عصر پست مدرنیسم بر مولفه های اصلی روابط بین الملل و در نهایت ضرورت همکاری های بین المللی برای مقابله با جرایم نوین سایبری از اهداف اصلی مقاله حاضر بوده که به آن می پردازیم.روش: پژوهش حاضر با روش توصیفی و تحلیلی انجام شده ‌است.یافت ها و نتیجه گیری: می توانیم نتیجه گیری کنیم که تمام فرآیندها، ساختارها، خدمات، اقدامات و فعالیت ها در حوزه های مختلف سیاسی، اجتماعی، اقتصادی، امنیتی، آموزشی و... چه در حوزه داخلی و چه در حوزه بین المللی تحت تاثیر فناوری های نوین ارتباطی و اطلاعاتی هستند(سایبر) که این واقعیت به صورت مجازی در حال وقوع می باشند. فناوری های پیچیده دوران مدرن که تمامی گستره های حیات انسانی را درنوردیده اند، به حوزه روابط میان واحدهای نظام بین المللی، به ویژه در بعد تهدیدها، جنگها و منازعات نیز رسوخ کرده اند و بر پویش های جاری در درون و میان جوامع تاثیر نهاده اند. پیدایش جرایم سایبری نیز به خصوص در عرصه بین الملل ارمغان عصر جدید سایبرنتیک بوده که با توجه ماهیت پیچیده و گستردگی آن همکاری همه جانبه کلیه دستگاهها و سازمان ها را در عرصه های داخلی و بین المللی می طلبد.
