نقش سازمان ملل متحد در همگرایی کشورها برای ایجاد امنیت پایدار با تاکید بر مبارزه با مواد مخدر

زمینه و هدف: امروزه پدیده شوم مواد مخدر پیامدهای مخرب و فاجعه آمیزی در رفتار و کنش دولت ها در ابعاد مختلف امنیتی، اقتصادی، اجتماعی، فرهنگی و سیاسی داشته و در این راستا حساسیت عرصه بین المللی را به دنبال دارد. در این خصوص علاوه بر کشورها، سازمان های بین المللی نیز با ایجاد همگرایی در سطوح مختلف در پی مقابله و مبارزه جدی علیه این بلای خانمان برانداز می باشند.روش: این پژوهش به لحاظ هدف کاربردی و از نظر روش توصیفی- تحلیلی است. برای گردآوری داده ها نیز از ابزار فیش برداری از کتب، مقالات و... استفاده و به کنوانسیون ها و معاهدات سازمان ملل متحدد نیز به صورت روندی اشاره شده است.یافته ها و نتیجه گیری: تحقیق حاضر بر پایه فرضیه « سازمان ملل متحد به عنوان بالاترین مقام برقراری صلح و امنیت در جهان با پیگیری مطالبات فدرالیسم و منطقه گرایی و تصویب کنوانسیون ها و قوانین و مقررات بین المللی مربوط به مواد مخدر و در کنار آن سازمان های منطقه ای و بین المللی (هیات بین المللی کنترل مواد مخدر، کمیسیون مواد مخدر سازمان ملل، سازمان بهداشت جهانی، سازمان جهانی گمرک، دفتر مقابله با مواد مخدر و جرم) از طریق کنترل یکپارچه مرزی، تقویت ظرفیت تحقیقاتی مبتنی بر اطلاعات و عملیات، کنترل مسیرهای داخلی قاچاق مواد مخدر و درمان معتادین، مترصد همگرایی و هم افزایی در جهت برخورد و ریشه کنی این معضل جهانی برآمده است».این مقاله در صدد پاسخ به این سوال است که « نقش سازمان ملل متحد در همگرایی کشورها برای ایجاد امنیت پایدار چه می باشد؟»

background and aim: today, the ominous phenomenon of drugs has destructive and catastrophic consequences in the behavior and actions of governments in various security, economic, social, cultural and political dimensions, and in this regard, leads to international sensitivity. in this regard, in addition to countries, international organizations also seek to confront and seriously fight against this subversive disaster by creating convergence at various levels.research methodology: this research is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive-analytical in terms of method. for data collection, the tool of taking notes from books, articles, etc. is used and the un conventions and treaties are also referred to as a process.findings and conclusion: the present study is based on the hypothesis of the united nations as the highest authority for peace and security in the world by pursuing the demands of federalism and regionalism and the ratification of conventions and international laws and regulations related to drugs and its accompanying regional and international organizations (international narcotics control board, un narcotics commission, world health organization, world customs organization, counter narcotics and crime office) through integrated border control, strengthening information-based research capacity and operations, control of internal routes of drug trafficking and treatment of addicts are aimed at converging and synergizing to address and eradicate this global problem.this article seeks to answer the question, what is the role of the united nations in bringing countries together to create lasting security?
