بررسی رضایت شهروندان شیعه افغانستان از عملکرد پلیس(مورد مطالعه: منطقه 6 شهر کابل)

زمینه و هدف: از دو دهه اخیر و پس از حکومت جدید افغانستان در سال 1382 موضوع رضایت شهروندان از پلیس کمتر موردتوجه پژوهشگران در افغانستان قرارگرفته و این موضوع کاملاً بدون پیشینه پژوهشی است. هدف از انجام تحقیق حاضر بررسی میزان رضایت شهروندان شیعه از عملکرد پلیس ناحیه ششم شهر کابل افغانستان است. روش: روش این پژوهش به‌صورت پیمایشی و از نوع همبستگی است که برای توصیف داده‌ها از روش آماری توصیفی میانگین و برای سوالات از آزمون همبستگی پیرسون استفاده‌شده است. جامعه آماری این پژوهش را کلیه شهروندان شیعه ساکن در مناطق ناحیه ششم کابل تشکیل می‌دهند که با استفاده از طریق فرمول کوکران 114 نفر به‌عنوان حجم نمونه از سال1397-1399 برآورد شده و ابزار مورداستفاده جهت تحلیل داده‌ها نرم افراز spss می‌باشد.یافته‌ها و نتیجه‌گیری: نتایج به‌دست‌آمده این پژوهش حاضر حاکی از آن است بیش 75 در صد شهروندان شیعه احساس رضایت خیلی کمی از پلیس دارند. عواملی مانند جنسیت، سن، تحصیلات، تاهل، وضعیت خانه و قومیت تاثیر چندانی در میزان رضایت شهروندان شیعه نداشته و درنتیجه میان جنسیت، سن، تحصیلات، قومیت، وضعیت خانه و وضعیت تاهل و رضایت رابطه معناداری وجود ندارد. یافته‌های پژوهش نشان می‌دهد میان شهروند شیعه و رضایت از پلیس رابطه معنادار وجود دارد و عدم رضایت شیعیان ضرورتاً دال بر رضایت غیر شیعیان از عملکرد پلیس نبوده و صرفاً تبیین نگرش شیعیان می‌باشد.

studying of afghan shiite citizens’ satisfaction with police performance (case study: district 6 of kabul)

background and object: since the last two decades and after the new government of afghanistan in 2003, the issue of citizens’ satisfaction with the police has received less attention from researchers in afghanistan, and this issue has no previous literature. this study aims at investigating the level of satisfaction of shiite citizens with the performance of the police in the sixth district of kabul, afghanistan.method: the method of this research is survey and correlational type, and the descriptive statistical method was used to describe the data and pearson correlation was used for the questions. the statistical population of this study consists of all shiite citizens living in the sixth district of kabul. using the cochran’s formula, 114 people are estimated as the sample size from 1397-1399 and the tool used to analyze the data is spss program.findings: the results of the present study indicate that more than 75% of shiite citizens feel very little satisfaction with the police. factors such as gender, age, education, marriage, household status and ethnicity have little effect on the level of satisfaction of shiite citizens and therefore there is no significant relationship between gender, age, education, ethnicity, household status and marital status and satisfaction. results show that there is a significant relationship between shiite citizen and satisfaction with the police and the dissatisfaction of shiites does not necessarily indicate the satisfaction of non-shiites with the performance of the police and only explains the attitude of shiites.
