بررسی نشانگاه های دیپلماسی انتظامی در مرزهای ایران و پاکستان

زمینه و هدف: مرزهای ایران و پاکستان یک از موضوعاتی است که همواره در امنیت کشورمان تاثیرگزار بوده است نیروی انتظامی نیز به عنوان نهاد اصلی تامین کننده نظم و امنیت عمومی نقش مهمی دراین امر داشته است. در این راستا تعامل و مناسبات نیروی انتظامی با نهادها و سازمان های هدف می تواند بسترهای مقابله ای با جرائم و چالش های موجود را فراهم نماید از این رو نویسنده در این تحقیق با هدف بررسی نشانگاه های دیپلماسی انتظامی در مرزهای شرقی سعی دارد موارد تاثیر گذار در آن را تبیین و نهایتا نقش نیروی انتظامی ودیپلماسی انتظامی را مورد واکاوی قرار دهد روش: تحقیق حاضر از نظر هدف کاربردی و از نظر روش توصیفی- تحلیلی است. برای گردآوری داده ها نیز از ابزار فیش برداری استفاده شده است.یافته ها و نتیجه گیری: یافته های تحقیق حاکی از این است که نیروی انتظامی می تواند با فعال سازی دیپلماسی انتظامی با سلسله مراتب قدرت در استان سیستان و بلوچستان و همین طور فعال سازی دیپلماسی انتظامی با پلیس لویز و ایالتی در ایالت بلوچستان پاکستان نقش مهمی در مقابله با جرائم و استرداد مجرمین و متهمین متواری و همین طور اشراف اطلاعاتی منطقه داشته باشد.

field and aims:the borders of iran and pakistan is one of the issues that has always affected the security of our country. the police force, as the main institution providing public order and security, has also played an important role in this regard. in this regard, the interaction and relations of the police force with the target institutions and organizations can provide the context for confronting the existing crimes and challenges. therefore, in this study, with the aim of examining the signs of law enforcement diplomacy in the eastern borders, the author tries to explain the influential cases in it and, finally, to examine the role of law enforcement and law enforcement diplomacy.methodology: the present study is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive-analytical in terms of method. phishing tools have also been used to collect data.findings and conclusion: the findings of the study indicate that law enforcement can play an important role in combating crime and extradition by activating law enforcement diplomacy with a hierarchy of power in sistan and baluchestan province as well as activating law enforcement diplomacy with lewis and provincial police in balochistan, pakistan. and the fugitive defendants as well as the intelligence elite of the area.
