مطالعه تطبیقی روش اجرای دوره کارورزی و طول دوره آموزشی پلیس مبتنی بر آموزش مهارتی در ایران با کشورهای آلمان، روسیه و چین

زمینه و هدف: در برنامه تفصیلی آموزشی دانشگاه علوم انتظامی امین در طول مدت دوره مصوب؛ دوره‌های کارورزی برای ارتقای مهارت دانشجویان پیش‌بینی گردیده است. این پژوهش با هدف مطالعه تطبیقی روش اجرای دوره کارورزی و طول دوره آموزشی پلیس مبتنی بر آموزش مهارتی در دانشگاه علوم انتظامی امین با پلیس کشورهای آلمان، روسیه و چین انجام شده است.روش پژوهش: پژوهش حاضر ازنظر هدف کاربردی و به لحاظ روش گردآوری اطلاعات، در زمره مطالعات میدانی و بر اساس ماهیت داده، کیفی است که از تکنیک مطالعه اسنادی به شیوه تحلیل محتوا برای پاسخ‌های سوالات تحقیق استفاده‌شده است. جامعه موردمطالعه پژوهش، اسناد مربوط به حوزه روش اجرای دوره کارورزی و طول دوره آموزشی در دانشگاه علوم انتظامی امین و پلیس کشورهای آلمان، روسیه و چین است. روش نمونه‌گیری، به‌صورت تمام شمار بود.یافته‌ها: دانشگاه علوم انتظامی امین به لحاظ طول دوره آموزشی مشابه کشور چین و متفاوت با کشورهای روسیه و آلمان است. همچنین روش اجرای دوره کارورزی در دانشگاه با کشورهای حوزه مطالعه مشابه است. همچنین دانشگاه علوم انتظامی امین از کمترین مدت اجرای دوره کارورزی در مقایسه با کشورهای منتخب برخوردار است.نتیجه‌گیری: نتایج این تحقیق می‌تواند مورد استفاده دانشگاه علوم انتظامی امین در راستای تحول در فرایند آموزشی مورد استفاده قرار گیرد.

context and purpose: in the detailed educational program of amin university of police sciences during the approved period; internship courses are planned to improve students’ skills. this research has been conducted with the aim of a comparative study of the method of implementing the internship period and the length of the police training course based on skill training in amin university of police sciences with the police of germany, russia and china.research method: in terms of practical purpose and in terms of information gathering method, the current research is among field studies and based on the nature of the data, it is a qualitative study that uses the technique of document study in the way of content analysis for the answers to the research questions. the studied community of the research is the documents related to the field of the method of implementation of the internship course and the length of the training course in the amin university of police and police sciences in germany, russia and china. sampling method was full count.findings: amin university of police sciences is similar to china and different from russia and germany in terms of the length of the training course. also, the method of implementing the internship in the university is similar to the countries of the study area. also, amin university of police sciences has the shortest internship period compared to selected countries.conclusion: the results of this research can be used by amin university of police sciences in order to transform the educational process.
