امکان های اینترپل برای مقابله با سازمانهای تروریستی

تروریسم به عنوان پدیده‌ی شومی که سال‌هاست جامعه‌ی جهانی به خصوص منطقه‌ی غرب آسیا را دستخوش بحران‌ها و آسیب‌های جبران‌ناپذیری نموده و به تعبیری درد مشترک همگان شده است؛ نه تنها مهار نشده بلکه با سازمان یافته تر شدن گروه‌‌ها و ظهور و بروز مصادیقی به مراتب نفرت‌پراکن‌تر همچون داعش همراه بوده است. همگام با این توسعه‌ی کیفی و کمی، اقدامات نهادها و سازمان‌های متعدد نقش‌آفرین در عرصه‌ی مبارزه با تروریسم نیز در حال افزایش و تحول است که در این میان می‌توان به فعالیت‌ها و ظرفیت‌های اینترپل به عنوان دومین سازمان بزرگ بین‌المللی اشاره نمود. در این پژوهش به روش ترکیبی کتابخانه‌ای و مشاهده به توصیف و تحلیل امکان‌های اینترپل از جمله اعلان‌ها، تعاملات پلیسی دوجانبه و چندجانبه، تشکیل گروه‌های ضربت منطقه‌ای و همکاری در استرداد مجرمین پرداخته شده است. نتیجه‌ی حاصل علاوه بر لزوم توجه جدی به ظرفیت‌های منحصر به فرد این سازمان در عرصه‌ی مبارزه با تروریسم، موید مغفول ماندن بسیاری از امکان‌های اینترپل از جمله سایر اعلان‌ها غیر از قرمز و همچنین تعاملات ویژه و دوجانبه‌ی پلیس‌های دنیا در نظر کارشناسان ذی‌ربط در دستگاه های مختلف است.
