Organizational communication relationship and human capital strategic plan [Hubungan komunikasi keorganisasian dengan perancangan strategik modal insan universiti kebangsaan Malaysia]

Organizational communication is the key catalyst in designing and establishing the strategic planning of an organization’s human capital development. fail to establish a system of strategic planning will lead to failure in creating proactive,prolific minded,competitive,creative and innovative workers. the study focused on organizational communication which expected to drive the strategic planning process towards human capital development. thus,this study involves a total of 318 respondents from universiti kebangsaan malaysia (ukm) focusing on several key elements in organizational communication such as organizational culture,values and ethics,character and attitude of the employees in helping strategic human capital planning processes of ukm. the main objective of the study was to analyze the relationship between organizational communication and strategic planning of human capital involving a survey as the main research method. the questionnaires distributed and conducted using face to face method to ensure the information gathered was accurate and transparent. measurement of variables was based on likert scale and was analyzed using spss (statistical package for social sciences). the study proved that the organizational communication impacted and gave strong influence towards the strategic planning of human capital. holistically,this research also expected to obtain positive results pertaining to the impact of organizational communication towards strategic planning of human capital development in ukm. © 2015,jurnal komunikasi malaysian journal of communication. all rights reserved.
