|
Community participation in the development by the government are the main elements that contribute to the acceptance of the innovation idea. in order to ensure the public receives the innovative ideas brought into their lives,the strategy of delivering information should be given attention by the development agent generally appointed by the government. the aim of this study is to (i) examine the relationship between message strategy to participation in training and (ii) identify relationships between message strategy with the adoption innovation among participants. this study involved 373 respondents consisting of trainees,organized by mara terengganu focusing on entrepreneurial training program based information and communication technology (ict) using the website. this study is a quantitative research through the distribution of questionnaires to the respondents. this study was conducted in mara terengganu. the study found that there is a significant relationship between the message strategy and the participation in training organized by mara. in addition,the findings also show that there is a significant relationship between message strategy with adoption of innovation. © 2016,universiti kebangsaan malaysia press. all rights reserved.
