چکیده
|
پژوهش حاضر با هدف مطالعه میزان سازگاری مبلمان شهری تهران با معلولیت از دیدگاه معلولین جسمی- حرکتی با رویکردکیفی انجام شد.افراد مورد مطالعه ، تمامی معلولین جسمی- حرکتی شهر تهران بودندکه 15 نفر از آنان از طریق روش نمونهگیری هدفمند مورد مطالعه قرار گرفتند. گردآوری دادهها بهصوت میدانی و از طریق مصاحبه نیمه ساختار یافته صورت گرفت که با روش تحلیل تم (مضمون) تجزیه و تحلیل شد. با تحلیل مصاحبهها، 23 مقوله فرعی و 4 مقوله اصلی شامل؛ سازگاری تجهیزات خیابانی شهر، سازگاری مبلمان پارکهای شهر، سازگاری تجهیزات ترافیکی شهر و سازگاری تابلوهای تبلیغاتی و علائم اطلاع رسانی شهری مطرح شد، یافتهها نشان داد؛ سازگاری تجهیزات خیابانی وابسته به زمینهها و شرایط خاص اجتماعی میباشد و شهر تهران با چالشهایی نظیر وجود موانع زیرساختی، عدم رعایت استانداردها و کمبود آگاهی در میان طراحان و مسئولان شهری روبرو هست؛ همچنین نبود دسترسی مناسب به مبلمان پارکی، فضای حرکتی، تنوع و کیفیت مبلمان، احساس عدم توجه از جمله ویژگیهایی میباشند که معلولین به آن اشاره کردهاند. از دیدگاه افراد مورد مطالعه، طراحی تجهیزات ترافیکی و تابلوهای تبلیغاتی و علائم اطلاع رسانی شهر تهران باید به گونهای باشد که به معلولین اجازه دهد به تنهایی و با استقلال از فضاهای مربوطه و حمل و نقل عمومی استفاده کنند. از دیدگاه معلولین استفاده صحیح از مبلمان شهری در هیاهوی شهرهای امروزی، میتواند فرصتی برای کاهش دغدغه ها و ایجاد محیطی آرام برای شهروندان معلول باشد.

Abstract
|
the present study aimed to study the degree of adaptation of urban furniture in tehran to disability from the perspective of physically and motorically disabled people with a qualitative approach. the study subjects were all physically and motorically disabled people in tehran, 15 of whom were studied through purposive sampling. data collection was conducted through field interviews and semi-structured interviews, which were analyzed using thematic analysis. by analyzing the interviews, 23 subcategories and 4 main categories were identified, including: adaptation of city street equipment, adaptation of city park furniture, adaptation of city traffic equipment, and adaptation of advertising boards and urban information signs. the findings showed that: adaptation of street equipment depends on specific social contexts and conditions, and tehran faces challenges such as the existence of infrastructure barriers, lack of compliance with standards, and lack of awareness among designers and city officials. also, lack of proper access to park furniture, movement space, diversity and quality of furniture, and a feeling of lack of attention are among the characteristics that disabled people have mentioned. from the perspective of the study subjects, the design of traffic equipment, advertising boards, and information signs in tehran should be such that it allows disabled people to use the relevant spaces and public transportation independently and independently. from the perspective of disabled people, the proper use of urban furniture in the hustle and bustle of today's cities can be an opportunity to reduce concerns and create a calm environment for disabled citizens.
