شناسایی پیشران های موثر بر حکمرانی برای کاهش مسائل شهری با کمک نرم افزار mic mac

با سرعت گرفتن روند شهرنشینی و افزایش جمعیت شهری شاهد بالارفتن میزان مطالبات شهروندان خواهیم بود. حکمرانی خوب شهری نقش نهادهای مدنی را به عنوان مدافع حقوق شهروندی و تقویت کننده مشارکت مردمی در دست یابی به عدالت شهری فراهم می نماید. بنابراین در جهت ارائه راهکارهای مناسب دست یابی و گسترش حکمرانی خوب شهری شناخت پیشران های موثر در این حوزه گامی بسیار مهم می باشد. مدیریت این روابط نیازمند کسب درکی عمیق و سیستمی از پیشران ها، عوامل کلیدی و متغیرهای اصلی تاثیر گذار بر شکل گیری آن می باشد که هدف اصلی تحقیق پیش رو بر این مهم استوار گردیده است. فرایند تحقیق مشتمل بر 4 فاز شناسایی و معرفی سیستم، صورتبندی ساختاری تاثیرات متقابل و تحلیل متغیرها و تعیین متغیرهای کلیدی بود. لذا با مراجعه به خبرگان علمی و حرفه ای و نیز استفاده از روش تحلیل ساختاری اثرات متقاطع با نرم افزار میک مک، تعداد 20 متغیر در قالب الگوی پستل شناسایی و جهت تعیین متغیرهای کلیدی با هدف مدیریت آینده روابط فیمابین تحلیل گردید. بر این اساس از بین متغیرهای 20 گانه مورد مطالعه، حاکمیت قانون به عنوان پیشران و متغیرهایی چون شفافیت، عدالت، پاسخگویی ، مشارکت ، اجماع پذیری پیشران های کلیدی آن می باشند که بیشترین قابلیت را در اعمال مدیریت در جهت گسترش حکمرانی خوب شهری دارند. در نتیجه سیستم مورد نظر ناپایدار بوده است.

with the acceleration of the urbanization process and the increase of the urban population, we will see an increase in the demands of the citizens. good urban governance provides the role of civic institutions as defenders of civil rights and strengthens popular participation in achieving urban justice. therefore, in order to provide appropriate solutions to achieve and expand good urban governance, recognizing effective drivers in this area is a very important step. the management of these relationships requires a deep and systematic understanding of the drivers, key factors and key variables affecting its formation, which is the main purpose of this research. the research process consisted of 4 phases of system identification and introduction, structural formulation of interactions and analysis of variables and determination of key variables. therefore, by referring to scientific and professional experts and also using the method of structural analysis of cross-effects with mikmak software, 20 variables were identified in the form of a postal pattern and analyzed to determine key variables with the aim of future management of inter-relationship relations. accordingly, among the 20 variables studied, rule of law as drivers and variables such as transparency, justice, accountability, participation, consensus are its key drivers. they have the most ability in management practices to expand good urban governance. as a result, the system in question has been unstable.
