طراحی الگوی عوامل موثر بر مشارکت شهروندان در امور شهری با رویکرد فراترکیب

مشارکت یکی از مفاهیم مهم جامعه شناسی به شمار می آید که در جهان امروز نقش بسزایی را ایفا می کند. مشارکت شهروندان در امور شهری در واقع توسعه از مردم، با مردم و برای مردم است. به عبارتی مشارکت شهروندان در تصمیم گیری ها برنامه ریزی ها و کلیه فعالیت ها و امور شهری مورد توجه مدیران، برنامه ریزان، صاحب نظران توسعه اجتماعی مخصوصاً در حوزه برنامه ریزی شهری و شهرسازی قرار گرفته است. با توجه به این مطالب هدف این پژوهش طراحی نظام شناسایی و طبقه بندی مولفه های مشارکت شهروندان در امور شهری از طریق مطالعه و جمع بندی پژوهش های انجام شده در زمینه مشارکت شهروندان در امور شهری با رویکرد فراترکیب است. روش پژوهش حاضر کیفی است و جامعه آماری این پژوهش را کلیه مقالات علمی و پژوهشی انجام شده در ایران با موضوع مشارکت شهروندان در امور شهری از سال1390 تا پایان سال 1400 تشکیل داده است. در کل تعداد 32 مقاله پژوهشی یافت شد که در نهایت پس از بررسی و پالایش های مختلف 19 مقاله برای بررسی نهایی انتخاب گردید یافته ها نشان می دهد تاکنون در6 مقوله و 48 مفهوم پیرامون عوامل موثر بر مشارکت شهروندان در امور شهری کار صورت پذیرفته است که پس از طی مراحل متعدد مدل مفهومی مرتبط با این موضوع ارائه شده است.

designing a pattern of factors affecting citizens’ participation in urban affairs with a metacombination approach

participation is one of the important concepts of sociology that plays a significant role in today's world. participation of citizens in urban affairs is actually development from the people, with the people and for the people. in other words, the participation of citizens in decision-making, planning and all activities and urban affairs has received the attention of managers, planners, social development experts, especially in the field of urban planning and urban development. according to these materials, the aim of this research is to design a system for identifying and classifying the components of citizens' participation in urban affairs through the study and summarization of researches conducted in the field of citizen participation in urban affairs with a meta-composite approach. the current research method is qualitative and the statistical population of this research is all scientific and research articles conducted in iran on the subject of citizens' participation in urban affairs from 2010 to the end of 1400. a total number of 32 research articles were found, and finally, after various reviews and refinements, 19 articles were selected for the final review. the findings show that work has been done in 6 categories and 48 concepts related to factors affecting citizens' participation in urban affairs. after going through several stages, a conceptual model related to this issue has been presented.
