نقش جهانی‌شدن در توسعه فرهنگی شهر صنعتی اراک

در دنیای متراکم و فشرده امروزی که هویت‌های دیجیتالی به یکدیگر واکنش آنی نشان می‌دهند؛ تفکر جهانی‌شدن و توسعه، می‌تواند ملاک‌های مهمی را برای بررسی میزان جهان‌بودگی و درک شهروندان از زیست‌بوم جهانیِ در حالِ تغییری باشد که به تبلور بازاندیشی و شکل گیری بازیگران جدید در ساختار فرهنگی و اجتماعی انجامیده است. از این رو، وفاق و همدلی و مِیلِ به تعامل و مشارکت در دنیای متکثر فرهنگی و نگاه چند‌جانبه‌گرایی به خوبی این امکان را فراهم می‌سازند تا فرد و جامعه از استبداد و حس رقابت‌جویی خصمانه و جَزم‌گرایی افراطی بپرهیزند. این پژوهش با هدف دستیابی به نقش جهانی‌شدن در توسعه فرهنگی شهر اراک با بهره‌گیری از تئوری‌های رونالد رابرتسون و مانوئل کاستلز و استفاده از روش‌های کیفی و تکنیک دلفی و نیز روش کمّیِ پیمایشی و تکنیک پرسشنامه حاوی 26 گویه با شیوه نمونه‌گیری خوشه‌ای استفاده و پردازش داده‌ها با نرم‌افزار تخصصی آماری انجام شده است. نتایج آزمون پیرسون با اطمینان 99 درصد و سطح خطای کمتر از 1 درصد نشان داد که پاسخگویان در مجموع 9 فرضیه آزمون شده، نقش جهانی‌شدن در توسعه فرهنگی جامعه خود را تایید نمودند. این مقاله نشان می‌دهد در شهر صنعتی اراک شاخص‌هایی چون: تکثُر فرهنگی، بازاندیشی جهانی و جهان‌بودگی وضعیت مناسب‌تری به نسبت وفاق، برخورداری و ابداع فرهنگی و همچنین فضا و مکان در فرایند‌های پویای جامعه شهری دارند.

The role of globalization in the cultural development of Arak Industrial City

In today’s dense world where digital identities react instantly to each other; the idea of ​​globalization and development can be good criteria for examining the extent of globalization and people’s understanding of the changing global ecosystem, which has led to the crystallization of reflexivity and the formation of new actors in the cultural and social structure. Thus, harmony, empathy, and a desire for interaction and participation in a multicultural world and a multifaceted view make it possible for the individual and society to avoid tyranny and a sense of hostile competition and extreme capitalist dogmatism. This research aims to achieve the role of globalization in the cultural development of Arak city using the theories of Ronald Robertson and Manuel Castells and using mixed research methods. In the qualitative part, the Delphi technique was used and then a survey method for the quantitative one. A questionnaire containing 26 items was used by a quota  sampling method and the results were analyzed using SPSS v22 software. The results of Pearson test with 99% confidence and error level less than 1% showed that there is a significant relationship between two important variables. This study showed that in the industrial metropolis of Arak, variables such as cultural pluralism, global reflexivity, and universality are in a better position than cultural harmony, economic wellbeing, and cultural innovation, and that of space and place in the dynamic currents of society and the city.
