ارائه مدل شاخص‎های اثربخشی آموزش در دانشگاه‌های دولتی استان همدان

اثربخشی، جایگاهی مهمی در اطمینان از کیفیت وضعیت آموزش در پیشبرد اهداف و رسالت دانشگاه دارد. اما با این وجود شاخص های معتبر و متغیرهای هماهنگی در دسترس نیست و مدیریت موسسات آموزش عالی با این عدم درک نسبت به عملکرد مناسب، مواجه است. لذا هدف پژوهش حاضر ارائه مدل شاخص های اثربخشی دانشگاه های دولتی همدان بوده است. جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل کلیه دانشجویان، اعضاء هیات علمی و فارغ التحصیلان دانشگاه های دولتی استان همدان است. شرکت کنندگان 863 نفر بودند که با روش نمونه گیری طبقه ای تصادفی، انتخاب شدند. ابزارهای پژوهش، پرسشنامه های محقق ساخته دانشجویان، فارغ التحصیلان و اعضاء هیات علمی بوده است که پس از محاسبه روایی و پایایی، اجرا شده است. داده های به دست آمده با استفاده از آزمون های تحلیل عاملی،t تک متغیره و f، مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. یافته ها نشان دادند که 1. چهار شاخص اصلی دروندادی (دانشجویان، منابع انسانی، مادی و برنامه)، پنج شاخص اصلی فرایندی (هدفمندی، طراحی آموزشی، جوّ کلاس، فرایندهای یادگیری و کنترل و ارزشیابی) و چهار شاخص اصلی برون دادی (پژوهشی، اجتماعی، آموزشی و اقتصادی) مورد تایید قرار گرفت. 2. نتایج نشانگر وضعیت نسبتاً مطلوب شاخص های دروندادی و برون دادی و در مورد وضعیت شاخص های فرایندی، نشانگر وضعیت مطلوب بود. 3. تفاوت معنی داری بین میانگین نظرات گروه ها در خصوص دروندادها و فرآیندهای آموزشی وجود ندارد؛ اما بین نظرات نمونه آماری در خصوص شاخص های برون دادی و ابعاد پژوهشی، اجتماعی، آموزشی به استثنای شاخص اقتصادی تفاوت معنی دار وجود دارد. 4. تفاوت معنی داری بین میانگین نظرات نمونه به استثنای هدفمندی بر حسب جنسیت وجود ندارد.

Proposing a model for effective indicators of training in public universities of Hamadan province

Evaluate the effectiveness has an important place in ensuring the quality of education in advancing the goals and mission of universities but however valid indicators and coordinated variables are unavailable and management of higher education institutions is suffering from the lack of understanding of the proper functioning; so the aim of this research has been proposing a model for effectiveness indexes of governmental universities of Hamadan. Statistical population of this study consisted of all students, faculty and graduates of public universities in Hamedan province. Participants are 863 people (students, faculty, and alumni) who were selected by using stratified random sampling. Research tools have been a selfmade questionnaires for students, alumni and faculty members that have been applyed after verifying the validity and reliability of tool. Obtained data were examined by using F, T univariate and factor analysis. The obtained results showed that 1. four main input indexes (students, human resources, material and application), five main process indexes (beingtrageted, educational design, classroom atmosphere, learning processes and controls and evaluation) and four key output indexes (research, social, educational and economic) were confirmed. 2.The results show a relatively favorable status of input and output indicators and also show desirable status of process indicators. 3. There aren rsquo;t any meaningful differences between average opinions of groups about inputs and educational processes but among opinions of satistical samples about output indexes and reaearch, social and educational dimentions with the exception of economic index, there are meaningful differences. 4. There are no significant differences among average of sample opinions by gender, although with the exception of being targeted element.
