رابطه علّی بین هدف تبحری کلاس و هدف عملکردی کلاس با سازگاری اجتماعی با میانجی گری اهداف پیشرفت اجتماعی در دانش‌آموزان دختر سال اول دبیرستان

پژوهش حاضر در راستای بررسی رابطه علّی بین هدف تبحری کلاس و هدف عملکردی کلاس با سازگاری اجتماعی با میانجی گری اهداف پیشرفت اجتماعی در دانش آموزان دختر سال اول دبیرستان انجام شده است. جامعه پژوهش دانش آموزان دختر سال اول دبیرستان های شهر اهواز بوده اند که به روش تصادفی چند مرحله ای 300 نفر دانش آموز از بین نواحی دوگانه شهر اهواز انتخاب شده اند. ابزارهای پژوهش شامل؛ پرسشنامه ادراک ساختار هدفی کلاس، مقیاس هدف گرایی پیشرفت اجتماعی (sagos) و پرسشنامه شخصیتی کالیفرنیا (ctp) بوده است. تحلیل آماری الگوی پیشنهادی با مدل یابی معادلات ساختاری انجام شده است. نتایج نشان داد؛ الگوی پیشنهادی معادلات ساختاری روابط علّی بین متغیرهای مذکور از برازش قابل قبول برخوردار است. نتایج در الگوی پژوهش نشان دادند؛ ساختار هدف تبحری کلاس هم به صورت مستقیم و هم به صورت غیر مستقیم از طریق هدف تبحری اجتماعی با سازگاری اجتماعی رابطه دارد. ساختار هدف عملکردی کلاس از طریق هدف عملکرد گریز اجتماعی با سازگاری اجتماعی رابطه دارد. برازش بهتر از طریق حذف مسیرهای غیرمعنیnot دار هدف تبحری کلاس با هدف عملکردی اجتماعی، هدف تبحری کلاس با هدف عملکرد گریز اجتماعی، هدف عملکردی کلاس با هدف تبحری اجتماعی، هدف عملکردی کلاس با سازگاری اجتماعی و هدف عملکردی اجتماعی با سازگاری اجتماعی حاصل شده است.

examine the casual relationship between mastery goal structure and performance goal structure with social adjustment with mediating role of Social achievement goals of female students

The purpose of the present study was to examine the casual relationship between mastery goal structure and performance goal structure with social adjustment with mediating role of Social achievement goals of female students in Ahvaz. The participants of the study were 300 female students of Ahvaz who were selected randomly by multistage random sling method. The instruments used in this study were the Perceptions of Classrooms Goals Structures, Social Achievement Goals Scale and California Test of Personality. The fitness of the proposed model was examined through using path analysis. The results showed that mastery goal structure had direct relationship with social adjustment and was indirectly related, through social mastery goal orientation to social adjustment. In addition Performance goal structure was indirectly related with social adjustment through social performanceavoidance goal orientation. Better fit was obtained by omitting nonsignificant paths mastery goal structure with social performanceapproach goal orientation, mastery goal structure with social performanceavoidance goal orientation, performance goal structure with social mastery goal orientation, performance goal structure with social adjustment, and social performanceapproach goal orientation with social adjustment.
