پیش‌بینی کیفیت تدریس اعضای هیئت علمی بر اساس ذهنیت فلسفی و انگیزش شغلی آنان

پژوهش حاضر در راستای پیش بینی کیفیت تدریس اعضای هیئت علمی بر اساس ذهنیت فلسفی و انگیزش شغلی آنان انجام شده است. جامعه آماری کلیه اعضای هیئت علمی دانشگاه شهید باهنر کرمان بوده که از میان آنان با روش نمونه گیری تصادفی طبقه ای تعداد 287 نفر انتخاب شده اند. ابزارهای اندازه گیری شامل؛ پرسشنامه محقق ساخته سنجش کیفیت تدریس با 24 گویه و آلفای کرونباخ 0.881، پرسشنامه ذهنیت فلسفی با 42 گویه و آلفای کرونباخ 0.850 و پرسشنامه انگیزش شغلی لوداهل و کیچنر با 20 گویه و آلفای کرونباخ 0.885 بوده است. روش پژوهش توصیفی از نوع همبستگی بوده است. نتایج نشان داد؛ ذهنیت فلسفی و انگیزش شغلی اعضای هیئت علمی به طور مثبت و معنادار به ترتیب با ضریب بتای 0.405 و ضریب بتای 0.275، قادر به پیش بینی کیفیت تدریس آنان می باشد. همچنین ذهنیت فلسفی اعضای هیئت علمی می تواند انگیزش شغلی آنان را به طور مثبت و معنادار پیش بینی نماید. رابطه خطی مثبت و معنادار بین ابعاد ذهنیت فلسفی (جامعیت، تعمق و انعطاف پذیری) با کیفیت تدریس اعضای هیئت علمی وجود دارد و این سه بعد از ذهنیت فلسفی قادر به پیش بینی کیفیت تدریس استادان هستند. از میان ابعاد انگیزش شغلی، بین متغیرهای خودباوری و رضایت شغلی با کیفیت تدریس رابطه خطی مثبت و معنادار وجود دارد و اثر بقیه ابعاد انگیزش شغلی بر کیفیت تدریس معنادار نیست. بین کیفیت تدریس استادان زن و مرد تفاوت معنادار وجود دارد و میزان کیفیت تدریس در اساتید زن بیشتر از اساتید مرد است. میان کیفیت تدریس اساتید بر اساس سن و سابقه تدریس آنان تفاوت معنادار وجود ندارد همچنین نتایج نشان داد که تفاوت معنادار بین دانشکده های مختلف دانشگاه از نظر کیفیت تدریس وجود ندارد.

Prediction of Professors’ Teaching Quality Based on Their Philosophic Mindedness and Job Motivation

The main purpose of this present study is to predict the quality of teaching of the faculty members based on their philosophic mindedness and job motivation. The study of Population consisted of all the faculty members of different colleges of Shahid Bahonar University (538 people) among whom 287 faculty members were chosen as sle by Using Random sling with proportional allocation. Instruments used for conducting this research were a researchermade questionnaire for evaluating the quality of teaching with 24 items and Chronbachrsquo s Alpha (0.881), philosophic mindedness questionnaire with 42 items and Chronbachrsquo s Alpha (0.850), Lodahl and Kitchenerrsquo s job motivation questionnaire with 20 items and Chronbachrsquo s Alpha (0.855). The method of this research is descriptive and kind of correlation. The results showed that philosophic mindedness and job motivation of the faculty members can positive and meaningful predict their quality of teaching. Philosophic mindedness with coefficient (0.405) has stronger effect in predicting the quality of teaching than job motivation with coefficient (0.275). Also Philosophic mindedness of the faculty members can positive and meaningful predict their job motivation. The results showed that there is a positive and meaningful relation with dimensions of Philosophic mindedness (comprehensiveness, penetration, and flexibility) with quality of teaching of faculty members, and these dimensions of Philosophic mindedness can predict their quality of teaching. Among the dimensions of job motivation, there is a positive and meaningful relation between variables of self efficacy and job satisfaction with quality of teaching, and the effect of another dimensions of job motivation with quality of teaching isnrsquo t meaningful. The results showed that the difference between the quality of teaching of women and men is meaningful and the amount of quality of teaching among women is stronger than men, and there is no difference between the quality of teaching of them according to their age and teaching experience. Also the results showed that there is no significant difference between various colleges of the university considering teaching quality.
