   بررسی مقایسه ای مولفه های فرهنگ کار در کتاب های درسی دوره ابتدایی و روش تدریس مربیان

چکیده    This study has been conducted for survey of rate of attention to features of work culture in textbooks of primary schools of iran and relationship of instructors' methodology with growth of work culture features in students. the study has been in quantitative (content analysis) and qualitative (interview) methods. research society include all of primary school books and 25 teachers of this sector which are selected intelligently and data are collected by content analysis and semi-structured interview. for analysis of textbook data, shannon entropy analysis was used in order to obtain importance coefficient of each of work culture features and comparison of them and also inductive analysis was used for analysis of interview data. results of content analysis of 31 textbook showed that balanced and comprehensive consideration is not allocated to all of elements and features of work culture as persian literature book with 215 pages and quran textbook with 43 pages have respectively the maximum and minimum consideration. among 3467 pages of primary school textbooks, 667 pages have pointed to features of work culture. in addition methodologies adopted in teaching-learning process were not reinforcing and fostering the feature of work culture for students.
