چکیده    Usually increasing multi-cultural nature of educational institutes is neglected in western texts. considering the various viewpoints on educational leadership, this paper has focused on knowledge gap in existing literature and the authors believe there should be a movement beyond racism and toward presenting complex theories in order to re-conceptualize educational leadership according to different viewpoints of students and ethnic communities. perception and understand of educational leadership by learners with different philosophies and ethnic areas is based on type of learning experiences and their performance. this paper introduces leadership as presented concept in different areas and offers theoretical and philosophical foundation of these conceptualizations from islamic viewpoint and also determines interaction between knowledge and leadership. moreover, manner of interaction of such these subjects with educational leadership in islamic societies has been explored and some deductions have been made on these interactions with an emphasis on europe area where muslims are in minority and importance of perception of philosophical diversity is pointed to for admission of population diversity.
