   مقایسه ی اهمیت رفتار های مدیریتی و رهبری از نظر معلمان و مدیران مدارس

چکیده    Current research has been done in order to compare importance of management and leadership behaviors from viewpoint of teachers and principals of schools. statistical population was all of principals and teachers of district-two schools of zahedan. the sample includes 59 principals who were selected by systematic random sampling and 118 teachers who were chosen by simple random method. study method was descriptive (survey) and kouzes & posner leadership behavior questionnaire and peterson management behavior questionnaire were used for data collection. analysis of resulted data was done through independent and correlated t tests. research findings indicated that principals and teachers pay attention to management and leadership behaviors at the same value but in leadership features, from viewpoint of principals modeling in leadership has more importance than management behaviors. from viewpoint of principals and teachers management behaviors are more important than challenge in management. in addition female managers consider and pay attention to management and leadership behaviors more than male ones.
