بررسی رابطه کانون کنترل مدیران با سلامت سازمانی مدارس شهرستان مهاباد

This research has studied relationship between locus of control of managers (predictive) and organizational health of schools (criterion) of mahabad. research method was descriptive with correlation style. statistical population of this study was 1700 teachers and 140 managers of schools in mahabad that 309 teachers and 103 managers were selected as sample by random stratified sampling. rutter standard questionnaire was used in order to collect data of locus of control and organizational health index (o.h.i) was applied for measurement of organizational health of schools. data were analyzed by using pearson correlation coefficient, regression analysis, independent t test, one-way analysis of variance, and lsd repeated measure. analysis of research data indicated that there is positive meaningful relation between two variables of internal locus of control and organizational health of schools in level of 5% and there is negative meaningful relationship between external locus of control and organizational health.
