   بررسی رابطه بین تعهد سازمانی با رفتار شهروندی سازمانی کارشناسان دانشگاه تهران

چکیده    This paper has been conducted with aim of surveying the relationship between organizational commitment and organizational citizenship behavior by experts of university of tehran which is descriptive-analytical method. statistical population of this research is 1530 experts of tehran university which 136 persons were selected based on cochran formula and by simple random sampling. used tools in this study include allen and meyer questionnaire on organizational commitment and podsakoff et al (1990) questionnaire on organizational citizenship behavior which their durability were respectively 0.87 and 0.71. for analysis of data, pearson correlation and simultaneous multiple regression and independent t tests were used. results from pearson correlation test indicated that there was meaningful and positive relation between total organizational commitment with features and components of humanity, chivalry, and work conscience and organizational citizenship behavior. among aspects of organizational commitments, emotional commitment is the only one having meaningful relation and connection with total organizational citizenship behavior. results from regression analysis showed that just emotional commitment has potential of predicting total organizational citizenship behavior of the experts. eventually, results from t test made it obvious that there is meaningful difference in organizational citizenship behavior based on gender variables and females have higher average.
