تاثیر متقابل نوآوری با شاخص آزادی آقتصادی بر پیچیدگی اقتصادی در کشورهای منتخب تولیدکننده علم

رویکرد پیچیدگی اقتصادی، مبتنی بر این مفهوم است که محصولات تولید شده در اقتصاد، معرف میزان دانش مولد مورد نیاز تولیدشان هستند و با این فرض که کشورها محصولی را تولید نمی کنند مگر آنکه دانش و مهارت تولید آن را داشته باشند، پیچیدگی اقتصادی میزان انباشت دانش مولد نهفته در اقتصاد کشورها را محاسبه می کند. افزایش پیچیدگی اقتصادی نیازمند بسط زمینه‌های لازم جهت انجام فعالیت های نوآورانه است. از طرفی آزادی اقتصادی از طریق ایجاد مناسبات اقتصاد بازار، توسعه بخش خصوصی، توسعه تجارت خارجی، حذف مقررات زائد دولتی و امنیت حقوق مالکیت می‌تواند سبب ارتقاء سطح مهارت‌ها، انتقال فناوری، ترغیب سرمایه گذاری و استفاده کارآمد از این سرمایه گذاری ها شده و از این راه زمینه را برای توسعه فعالیت های مولد از جمله فعالیت‌های نوآورانه فراهم می کند. مطالعه حاضر با استفاده از روش گشتاورهای تعمیم یافته(gmm ) به بررسی تاثیر متقابل نوآوری با شاخص آزادی اقتصادی بر پیچیدگی ‌اقتصادی در کشورهای منتخب تولیدکننده علم طی دوره 20172008 پرداخته ‌است. یافته های مطالعه حاکی از آن است که اثر متقابل نوآوری با شاخص آزادی اقتصادی بر پیچیدگی اقتصادی مثبت و معنادار است. علاوه براین یافته‌های تحقیق نشان می دهد، شاخص کارآفرینی، شاخص توسعه مالی و شاخص اندازه بازار تاثیر مثبت و معنادار بر پیچیدگی اقتصادی دارد.

Interaction of Innovation to Economic Freedom Index on Economic Complexity in Selected Science Producer Countries

The economic complexity approach is based on the concept that the products produced in the economy represent the amount of productive knowledge required for their production, and assuming that countries do not produce a product unless they have the knowledge and skills to produce it, the economic complexity of the rate The accumulation of productive knowledge hidden in the economy calculates countries. Increasing economic complexity requires the development of the necessary grounds for innovative activities. On the other hand, economic freedom through the creation of market economy relations, private sector development, foreign trade development, elimination of redundant government regulations and security of property rights can improve skills, technology transfer, encourage investment and efficient use of this capital. It provides opportunities for the development of productive activities, including innovative ones. The present study uses GMM to examine the interaction of innovation with the Economic Freedom Index on the complexity of the economy in selected countries producing science during the period 20172008. The study’s findings suggest that the interaction of innovation with the Economic Freedom Index on economic complexity is positive and significant. In addition, research findings show that the Entrepreneurship Index, the Financial Development Index, and the Market Size Index have a positive and significant effect on economic complexity.
