بررسی مقایسه‌ای روش اصول لفظی و زبان‌شناسی در تفسیر آیات ربا

پدیدۀ ربا در دین اسلام به‌شدت مورد نهی است. در گذشته تفاوت اندیشه زیادی در برداشت مفهومی و مصداقی از ربا وجود نداشت. اما تحولات دوران جدید به‌طورکلی، گروهی را با همان روش‌های فقهی متداول، به بازاندیشی در دامنه مفهومی و مصادیق ربا واداشته است. از سوی دیگر مطالعات زبان‌شناختی نیز نگاهی جدید به متون مقدس و منابع دینی بوده که می‌تواند با دستاوردهای جدیدی نیز همراه باشد. این نوشتار، نگاه اصولی را با دو روش زبان‌شناختی ساخت‌گرا و نقش‌گرا بررسی، مقایسه و ارزیابی می‌کند. نوشتار حاضر با روش توصیفی و تحلیل محتوا با استفاده از منابع کتابخانه‌ای، دامنه ربا را در آیات قرآن با دو روش ساخت‌گرا و نقش‌گرا، علاوه بر روش متداول بررسی کرده است. نتایج نشان می‌دهد علم اصول امکان اطلاق‌گیری از ربا را به دلیل قدر متیقّن در مقام تخاطب و کامل نبودن مقدمات حکمت نمی‌دهد، بلکه مخاطب آیات حرمت ربا فقط مومنین و ثروتمندان هستند و با تنقیح مناط به ‌کل جامعه قابل ‌تعمیم نیست. «ربا» با «سحت» و مقولاتی این‌چنینی قابل جانشینی است. بنابراین اضافه‌ای در اسلام حرام شده که مصداق حرام‌خواری، رشوه و امثالهم به‌حساب آید و با چاشنی زور دریافت شود. همچنین طبق روش نقش‌گرا «ربا» در بافت آن جامعه معلوم بوده و آیات، دوری از ربا را نتیجه واکنش شناختی می‌دانند و بدون معرفت و ایمان توقع حذف ربا منطقی نیست.

A Comparative Study of the Method of Verbal Principles and Linguistics in Interpreting the Verses of Riba

The phenomenon of riba is strictly forbidden in Islam. In the past, there was not much difference of opinion in the conceptual conception of riba. But the developments of the new era, have forced a group to reconsider the conceptual scope riba with the same common jurisprudential methods. Linguistic studies, on the other hand, are a new look at sacred texts and religious sources that can be accompanied by new achievements. This paper examines, the principled view in two ways: structural and functional linguistics.The present article examines the scope of riba in Quranic verses in two ways, in addition to the usual method, using descriptive methods and content analysis using library resources. It is not the authority of the preacher and the incompleteness of the precepts of wisdom, but the addressees of the verses of the sanctity of riba that are only for the believers and the rich, and cannot be generalized to the whole of society by refining manat. &Riba& can be replaced &soht& and... Therefore, it is haraam in Islam to take the example of haraam eating, bribery, and mischief, and to receive it by force. Also, according to the sectarian method, &Riba& is known in the context of that society and the verses consider the avoidance of riba as the result of a cognitive reaction.
