بررسی جامعه شناختی عوامل مرتبط با سلامت اجتماعی زنان شاغل در بیمارستان

سلامت دارای ابعاد مختلفی از جمله روانی، جسمی و اجتماعی است. سلامت اجتماعی در جامعه، متاثر از عوامل بسیاری از جمله عوامل اجتماعی است. این پژوهش با هدف بررسی جامعه‌شناختی میزان سلامت اجتماعی زنان شاغل در بیمارستان و عوامل مرتبط با آن با استفاده از روش پیمایشی انجام ‌شده است. حجم نمونه با استفاده از فرمول کوکران تعداد 237 نفر تعیین گردید و نمونه‌ها با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی ساده انتخاب‌ شدند. به‌منظور گردآوری داده‌های پژوهش از پرسشنامۀ استاندارد کییز برای سنجش سلامت اجتماعی و پرسشنامۀ محقق ساخته برای سنجش متغیرهای مستقل استفاده ‌شد. یافته‌های تحلیل دو‌متغیری نشان داد بین متغیرهای احساس آنومی، رضایت شغلی، احساس بیگانگی اجتماعی، احساس امنیت اجتماعی، اعتماد اجتماعی و کیفیت زندگی با سلامت اجتماعی رابطۀ معنی‌دار وجود دارد. همچنین بین سلامت اجتماعی زنان برحسب سمت شغلی، میزان تحصیلات و میزان درآمد آن‌ها تفاوت معنی‌دار وجود دارد، اما بین سلامت اجتماعی زنان بر حسب وضعیت تاهل آنها تفاوت معنی‌داری وجود ندارد. در تحلیل چند متغیری با استفاده از تحلیل رگرسیون چند متغیری، یافته‌ها نیز نشان داد بین متغیرهای احساس آنومی، اعتماد اجتماعی، احساس امنیت اجتماعی، احساس بیگانگی اجتماعی و رضایت شغلی با سلامت اجتماعی رابطۀ معنی‌دار وجود دارد. متغیرهای پژوهش توانسته‌اند 30 درصد واریانس متغیر وابستۀ سلامت اجتماعی را تبیین کنند.

sociological investigation of factors related tothe social health of working women in hospital

abstracthealth has various dimensions, including mental, physical and social. social health in society is affected by many factors, including social factors. the aim of this research was to investigate the sociological rate of the social health of working women in hospital and related factors using survey method. the sample size was determined using cochran’s formula of 237 people and the samples were selected using simple random sampling method. in order to collect research data, the keyes standard questionnaire was used to measure social health and a researcher made questionnaire was used to measure independent variables. the findings of bivariate analysis showed that there is a significant relationship between the variables of anomie feeling, job satisfaction, feeling of social alienation, societal security feeling, social trust and quality of life with social health. there is also a significant difference between women’s social health in terms of job position, level of education and income, but there is no significant difference between women’s social health in terms of their marital status. in multivariate analysis using multivariate regression analysis, the findings also showed that there is a significant relationship between the variables of anomie feeling, social trust, societal security feeling, feeling of social alienation and job satisfaction with social health. research variables have been able to explain 30% of the variance of the social health dependent variable.keywords: social health, societal security feeling, feeling of anomie, quality of life.
