تبیین جامعه شناختی عوامل موثر بر تعارض هویتی زنان شهر نقده

مقاله حاضر با هدف تبیین جامعه شناختی عوامل موثر بر تعارض هویتی زنان شهر نقده انجام شد. روش تحقیق پیمایش از نوع همبستگی و تحلیلی می‏باشد. جامعه آماری شامل زنان متاهل و شاغل 18 تا 45 سال شهر نقده در سال 1395 به تعداد 3062 نفرمی‏باشد که به صورت تصادفی نسبتی و با استفاده از فرمول کوکران 341 نفر مورد مطالعه قرار گرفتند. ابزار اندازه گیری پرسشنامه محقق ساخته بود. ازمون همبستگی پیرسون و رگرسیون خطی نشان داد که مدرنیته و شاخصهای آن جامعه‏پذیری مدرن عناصرهویتی مدرن منابع فرهنگی و ساختار رفتار گروهی و همچنین جهانی شدن و شاخصهای َآن امپراطوری رسانه‏ها و شیوه زندگی مدرن با تعارض هویتی زنان  رابطه  دارند. نتایج رگرسیون چندگانه و تحلیل مسیر نیز نشان داد که مجموع شاخص‏ها 49 درصد تعارض هویتی زنان شهر نقده را تبیین می‏کنند که بیشترین سهم را شیوه زندگی مدرن با با بتای0.541 = β  و امپراطوری رسانه‏ها با بتای 0.44 = β  و پس از ان جامعه‏پذیری مدرن با بتای0.241 = β و مولفه منابع فرهنگی با بتای0.128 = β  و دو  مولفه عناصر هویتی مدرن با بتای 0.096 = β و ساختار ارتباط گروهی با بتای 0.09 = β  کم اثرترین شاخصها در تبیین تعارض هویتی زنان بودند.

sociological explanation of effective factors influence on women’s identity conflict of naghadeh city

the present study was done for sociological explanation of factors influential on women’s identity conflict of naghadeh city in 2017. the method of this study is survey correlation analysis and the population was 1845 aged married and employed women of naghadeh city in 2017 which were 3062 women of which 341 were chosen and studied through cookerian formula in a random stratified way. the authors’ selfmade questionnaire was used as the study’s measurement tool. the obtained results of pearson correlation and liner regression tests revealed that modernity and its indicators: modern socialization modern identity elements cultural resources and group behavior structure; also, globalization and its indexes: the media empire and modern living style were related to women’s identity conflict. the results of multiple regression and path analysis showed that all the effective factors can predict 49% of women’s identity conflict in which modern living style with = β 0/541 has the main role, media empire with = β0/44 and then modern socialization with = β 0/241, cultural resources with = β0/128, two modern identity elements with = β 0/096 and group behavior structure with = β 0/09 were the less effective indexes in explaining women’s identity conflict.
