بررسی جایگاه اصل منع اختلال درنظام اجتماعی از منظر امام خمینی(ره)

در دین اسلام امنیت و نظم در جامعه، پایه و اساس تشکیل و استمرار یک نظام اجتماعی محسوب می‌شود و این مهم را می‌توان در اندیشه بزرگان دین یافت. نظام در مفاهیم و مراتب گوناگونی مثل سامان داشتن زندگی اجتماعی، کیان کشور، حکومت، مجموعه احکام و موازین اسلام و خرده‌ نظام‌های سیاسی، فرهنگی، اجتماعی و اقتصادی به کارمی‌رود و زمانی که گفته می‌شود اختلال درنظام جایزنیست منظور از نظام؛ نظام اسلامی، نظام و سرزمین اسلامی، نظام حکومت اسلامی و نظام زندگی و معیشت مردم و منع اختلال در آن است که در این تحقیق آنچه مورد نظر می‌باشد منع اختلال در نظام اجتماعی و معیشت مردم است. از جمله بزرگان معاصر که بحث منع اختلال در نظام را مطرح و به آن پرداخته است امام خمینی(ره) است. از نظر ایشان حفظ نظام به حکم عقل از اوجب واجبات و اختلال در آن حرام است و هیچ حکمی توان و یارای تزاحم با آن را ندارد. این تحقیق با روشی توصیفی – تحلیلی و با مطالعه کتابخانه‌ای اصل منع اختلال در نظام را با رویکردی برمنظر امام خمینی(ره) به عنوان یک اصل معرفی کرده است.
