جامعه شناسی قواعد همسر گزینی در سیره معصومین علیهم السلام

گزینش همسر فرآیندی است که تابع قواعدی از ارزش ها و هنجارهای اجتماعی است. هدف این پژوهش شناخت همه جانبه همسر گزینی با توجه به بافت اجتماعی صدر اسلام، در سیره معصومین است. روش در این پژوهش، تاریخی و از نوع اکتشافی، توصیفی و داده در آن کیفی است. مبنای تحلیل داده ها، تحلیل گفتمان است. گفتمان هم صورتی خاص از زبان و هم صورتی خاص از تعامل اجتماعی است؛ لذا در سه سطح، تحلیل اجتماعی، شناخت اجتماعی و ابعاد گفتمان، به توصیف موضوع می پردازد. تغییر در بافت اجتماعی عام، از نظام قبیلگی به نظام سیاسی واحد با قوانین همه جانبه برای همه اقشار جامعه، و تغییر ایدئولوژی نژادپرست و جنسیت گرای مردانه به انسان گرای ورای نژاد، قومیت و جنسیت، و تغییر نگرش نسبت به زن و دختر و حق انتخاب آنها برای آینده زندگی، و حفظ حرمت والدین در زمینه همسرگزینی، محورهای اصلی در سیره معصومین، پیرامون قواعد همسر گزینی است. بر همین اساس ممنوعیت های ازدواج، انواع ازدواج( تایید ازدواج صداق، عقد موقت، و اصلاح تدریجی ازدواج کنیزان و ممنوع نمودن سایر ازدواجها)، ساختار همسرگزینی، معیارها و حق انتخاب همسر در سیره معصومین نسبت به دوره قبل از اسلام تغییر بنیادی پیدا کرد که در این پژوهش به آنها اشاره شده است. حاصل آن که، بافت اجتماعی، بایدها و نبایدها، نوع نگرش و ارزش های اجتماعی و فرهنگی، با گفتمان و بالعکس، در زمینه همسر گزینی ارتباط پیچیده و چند جانبه دارند و تغییر و یا اصلاح در هر کدام، در سایر ابعاد اثر گذار است.

The method used in this study is historical, probatory and descriptive, so the data are qualitative. The basis of data analysis is discourse analysis. Discourse is both a specific form of language and a particular form of social interaction; therefore, at three levels, social analysis, social cognition, and discourse dimensions, it describes the rules of spouse selection in the Masoomin sira and compares it with the preIslamic era.The change in the general social context, from the tribal system to the single political system with the comprehensive laws for all segments of society, and the change of racist and masculine ideology to humanistic across race, ethnicity and gender, and changing attitudes towards women and girls, and their right to choose the future of family life, and Maintain parental respect in the field of spouse selection, are central to Masoomin sira on the rules of marriage. Accordingly, prohibitions on marriage, types of marriage, marriage structure, As mentioned in this article, the criteria and the right to choose a spouse have changed radically in the Masoomin sira compared to the preIslamic era. As a result, the social context, the musts and shoulds, the type of social and cultural attitudes and values, are complex and multilateral concerning discourse and vice versa, and change or modification in each affects the other
