رویکرد گادامری به «کرامتِ انسان» در اندیشه ابوعلی مسکویه؛ درس‌هایی برای جامعه امروز

کرامت انسان در اندیشه متفکرِ انسان‌گرای اسلامی، برای تعیین معیار کرامت‌مندی انسان و به تبعه آن تعیین حق انسان، مسئله‌ای است که با تحلیل آن می‌توان نگاهی متفاوت به حقوق بشر در عصر کنونی انداخت. حقوق بشر در دوران مدرن از مسائلی است که بیش از حوزه عمل در حوزه نظر نزاع میان گفتمان‌ها را ایجاد کرده است. کرامت انسان آن ویژگی خاصی است که انسانِ به‌ماهو انسان را موجودی متفاوت از سایر موجودات، مستحق حقوق و زندگی با شرافت می‌کند. در این معنا مفهوم«کرامت/dignity» ارتباط مستقیمی با مفهوم«حق/right» پیدا می‌کند. اگر این معنا از کرامت را در نظر بگیرم و سپس به تاریخِ فکرِ بشر رجوع کنیم می‌توان دلایلی را برای کرامتمندی انسان در نزد اندیشمندان یافت. فیلسوف انسانگرای سده چهارم هجری نگاه متفاوتی به این مسئله دارد لذا ما در این پژوهش با رویکرد متن مفسرمحورگادامری با این سوال به سراغ متون ابن مسکویه می‌رویم: «ملاک کرامتمندی انسان در اندیشه ابن مسکویه چیست و این ملاک چه نسبتی با حق انسان پیدا می‌کند؟» مسکویه از انسانِ عقلانی، اخلاقی و اجتماعی سخن می‌گوید و به همین اساس، نسبت تلازم میان کرامت و حقِ انسان ایجاد می‌کند.

Gadamerian approach to human dignity in thought of Ibn Meskoyi; Solutions for today’s society

Human dignity in the thought of an Islamic humanist philosopher, to determine the criterion of human dignity and to its follower, the determination of human right, is a problem that, by analyzing it, can give a different look at human rights in the present age. Human rights in modern period are issues that have led the debate over the discourse beyond the realm of action. Human dignity is a special feature of which human beings are human beings that are different from other beings, deserve the rights and lives of the dignity. In this sense, the concept of dignity is directly related to the concept of right . If we take this meaning of dignity and then go back to the history of human thought, we can find reasons for human dignity in the mind of philosopher. The humanist philosopher of the fourth century looks differently to this issue. Therefore, in this research, we approach the texts of Ibn Meskoyi with the help of the textcommentator approach: What is the criterion of human dignity in the thought of Ibn Meskoyi? What does this criterion relate to human right? Meskoyi speaks of rational, moral and social human, and thus create the relation between the dignity and the human right.
