بن‌مایه‌های حکومت‌مندی مدرن دینی در دوره پیشامشروطه؛ با تاکید بر رساله یک کلمه مستشارالدوله

آگاهی از مسئله عقب‌ماندگی ایران در عصر قاجار، روشنفکران را به تامل در علل این امر، متوجه معایب حکومت در ایران و تحول در آن را عامل گشایش پیشرفت و ترقی در مغرب‌زمین نمود. تلاش برای فهم زوایای تجدد در غرب و الگوبرداری از آن، به گسست معرفتی در اندیشه این گروه نسبت به مبانی هویتی انجامید. به‌گونه‌ای که بعضاً آنان دین را عامل عقب‌ماندگی و فروکاست جامعه ایران و در تضاد با مدرنیته، و اسلام را ناتوان از ارائه الگوی بدیلی برای تحول در ساختار اجتماعی سیاسی تلقی می‌کردند. مستشارالدوله از جمله روشنفکران عصر قاجار در تلاش است تا با انطباق گزاره‌های حکومت‌مندی مدرن با نص قرآن، مدرنیته را قابل انطباق با اسلام نشان دهد. این مقاله در تلاش است تا نحوه تفسیر و انطباق نص قرآن و روایات با گزاره‌های حکومت‌مندی مدرن را براساس تحلیل متن رساله خطی یک‌کلمه براساس روش توصیفی تحلیلی انجام دهد. دستاورد پژوهش حاضر نشان می‌دهد که تلاش در جهت ارائه قرائتی از همسازی اسلام و مدرنیته و در راستای فهم خوانشی بومی و دینی از حکومت‌مندی مدرن با اتکا به نص قرآن و روایات و تاکید بر جامعیت دین اسلام نسبت به اندیشه مدرن در غرب، عمده هدف نگارش آن بوده است. این رساله ضمن طرد رویکردهای غالب زمانه خود، یعنی دوره پیشامشروطه مبنی بر ناسازگاری دین و مدرنیته و استفاده ابزاری از دین، خوانش جدیدی از آن ارائه می‌دهد.

Foundations of Modern Islamic Sovereignty in Pre-constitutional Period: Focusing on Treaty of One Word

Knowing the issue of Iran’s retardation in Qajar Era, intellectuals began to think about the causes of this, disadvantages of establishing state in Iran and considered its change a factor of advancement and booming in The West. Attempts to understanding renewal viewpoints in The West and imitating it caused analyze and recognize thoughts of this group in relation to identity foundations. Some of them consider religion as the factor of retardation and decline of Iran’s society against modernity and considered Islam as a disabled entity to present a noble pattern for change in politicalsocial structure. MostasharAlDoule is among the intellectuals of constitutional era and tries to adapt the modern sovereignty statements with content of Quran, and prove the modernity compatible with Islam. This paper tries to interpret and adapt the content with modern sovereignty statements based on oneword treaty. The achievement of present study indicates that the main objective of compiling oneword is attempt to present adaptation of Islam and Modernity along with native and religious content of modern sovereignty that is easy to understand based on Quran content, Islamic Sayings and focusing on comprehensive Islam Religion in relation to modern thought in The West. This research while rejecting dominant approaches of tis time, i.e. preconstitutional era based on incompatibility of religion and modernity and utility exploitation of religion, renders a new representation of it.
