تاثیر فناوری اطلاعات بر زندگی شغلی کارکنان در سازمان‏های صنعتی (مطالعه تجربی شرکت پارس خودرو)

پژوهش حاضر به بررسی اثر فناوری اطلاعات بر زندگی شغلی کارکنان در سازمان‌های صنعتی با تکیه بر مطالعه‌ی کارکنان شرکت پارس‌خودرو می‌پردازد. این مطالعه با رویکردی کیفی به پژوهش اجتماعی و با استفاده از روش نظریه‌ی مبنایی استراس و کوربین و برمبنای مصاحبه‌های عمیق رواییزندگی‌نامه‌ای با کارکنان شرکت پارس‌خودرو و هم‌چنین بررسی اسناد، مشاهده و... صورت پذیرفته است. نتایج این مطالعه نشان می‌دهد فناوری اطلاعات دارای پیامدهای گوناگونی است که برخی الزاما در ابتدا مدنظر سازندگان و اجراکنندگان آن نبوده است. شیوه‌ی اثرگذاری آن نسبتا پیچیده و ترکیبی از ایجاد تحول در امکانات و ساختارهای مادی و هم‌چنین متحول ساختن روابط، سلسله‌مراتب، معانی ذهنی و... در میان کنش‌گران است. اثرات این فناوری با استفاده از چهار الگو در حیطه‌های ازجاکندگی کنش و اعتماد و مخاطره، سلسله‌مراتب و خشونت نمادین، مهارت و رقابت، و نهایتا استقبال از فناوری اطلاعات تشریح شده است. نتایج این مطالعه نشان می‌دهد اثر به‌کارگیری فناوری اطلاعات در سازمان‌های صنعتی به محیط کار و کارخانه محدود نمی‌شود بلکه زندگی شخصی و خانوادگی افراد را نیز دربرمی‌گیرد.

The Impact of Information Technology on the Working Life of the Workers of Industrial Organizations (The Experimental Study of the Workers of Pars Khodro Company)

This paper investigates the impact of Information Technology on the staff’s working life of industrial organizations and in particular relies on an empirical study we conducted in Pars Khodro, an automobile manufacturer company in Iran. Methodologically, this study is a qualitative approach combining biographicalnarrative interviews with the staff of Pars Khodro Company, documentation and personal observations. Our results indicate that Information Technology holds different consequences some of them have not primarily been of any concern to manufacturers and executives. The affect of Information Technology is quite complicated. It is a combination of an evolution in facilities and material structures, changing relationships, hierarchies, and meanings for those who are affected. Here, the impacts of Information Technology are described by four models in the areas of action detachment and trust and risk, hierarchy and symbolic violence, competition and expertise, and finally acceptance of Information Technology. It is worth mentioning that these results show that Information Technology not only impact working environment, but also it changes working people’s personal lives.
