تاملی در نظریه ‏ی ریزشی - چرخشی ابن خلدون از منظر مدرنیته‏ ی سیاسی

مقاله‌ی حاضر تلاش می­کند به تحلیل نظری این مسئله بپردازد که آیا نظریه­ی چرخشیریزشی ابن‌خلدون در باب دولت ازمنظر مدرنیته‌ی سیاسی، توان تبیین مکانیسم و دینامیسم دولت را دارد؟ برای پاسخ به این سئوال، ابتدا برمبنای پاره­ای از ره‌یافت­های نظری موجود در زمینه­ی مدرنیته‌ی سیاسی، خواص و کارکردها و مفاهیم موجود در گفتمان سیاسی مدرن، معرفی شده و سپس این بررسی با آرای ابن‌خلدون و گفتمان سیاسی او به مواجهه نهاده شده است. نگارنده برمبنای این تحلیل نظری نشان داده است که از آن‌جایی که آرای ابن‌خلدون به‌عنوان یک نظام حقیقت، برساخته­ی شرایط و اقتضائات جامعه‌ی زمان خود است و در چهارچوب اجتماعی، سیاسی و اقتصادی خاصی پرورش یافته است، به‌لحاظ نظری عموما و از جنبه­های معرفت‌شناسی و انسان‌شناسی خصوصا، کفایت و توانایی لازم را برای تبیین تحولات و دگردیسی دولت مدرن ندارد و بنابراین تلاش پاره‌ای از جریان‌های فکری و بعضا ایدئولوژیک جهت تسری و تعمیم آرای او به دولت مدرن امروزین، جز اتلاف و هدر دادن وقت و توان برنامه­های تحقیقاتی در باب مدرنیته و جامعه‌ی جدید نخواهد بود.

Reflections on Ibn Khaldun’s Rise and Fall theory from the perspective of political modernity

The present article is a theoretical analysis of the capability of Ibn Khaldun’s theory of “Rise and Fall” in explaining the state’s mechanism and its dynamics in the context of political modernity. To answer this question, first, on the basis of some theoretical approaches to political modernity, properties, functions and concepts of modern political discourse are introduced, and then encountered with Ibn Khaldun's ideas and his political discourse. Based on this theoretical analysis, this essay reveals that since the ideas of Ibn Khaldun, as a system of truth, are affected by the conditions and requirements of the society of his time and have nurtured in a peculiar social, political and economic context, theoretically in general and epistemologically and anthropologically in particular, they lack the necessary qualifications and capabilities for explaining the evolution and transformation of the modern state. Therefore, the efforts of some intellectual and even ideological circles to apply his ideas to the modern state, is only a waste of time and energy of the research programs on modernity and the modern society.
