درآمدی نظری بر جنبه‌های جامعه‌شناختی پیدایش و توسعه فناوری در ایران

مسئله اصلی پژوهش درک عمیق‌تر بسترهای اجتماعی خلق‌کننده، شکل‌دهنده و توسعه‌‌دهنده فناوری‌های مطلوب در جامعه ایران می‌باشد و به دنبال تبیین برساخت‌گرایانه ماهیت هر فناوری با رویکردی اجتماعی است. مبنای نظری این تحقیق آن‌ است که فناوری‌ها قبل از آن‌که یک محصول فنی باشند یک محصول اجتماعی هستند که در بستر روندها و فرایندهای اجتماعی در قالب نهادهای فناورانه پدیدار شده و توسعه می‌یابند. هدف پژوهش توصیف دقیق‌تر مناسبات نهادهای مرتبط و موثر در امر پیدایش و توسعه فناوری‌ها از منظری جامعه‌شناختی است. پژوهش حاضر به دنبال پاسخ به این سوالات است: تعریف فناوری از منظر اجتماعی چیست؟ رابطه‌ بین پیدایش یا توسعه فناوری‌ها با جنبه‌های اجتماعی آن چگونه است؟ لایه‌های زیرساختی پنهان و غیرملموس فناوری چیست و چگونه شناخته می‌شوند؟ عوامل ساختاری و نهادهای موثر بر شکل‌گیری و پایداری فناوری‌ها در جامعه چیست؟ پیدایش، توسعه و انتقال فناوری چه پیامدهایی برای جامعه دارد؟ پژوهش حاضر ابتدا از مشاهده و مطالعات کتابخانه‌ای و اسناد بهره می‌برد سپس با استفاده از کدگذاری مفاهیم و روش تحلیل محتوای کیفی به صورت الگوریتم نموداری مناسبات، به توصیف و تحلیل فرآیندهای تکوین و ظهور فناوری‌ها به صورت عام -پرداخته و تلاش می‌کند مجموعه فرایندهای مرتبط با فناوری را به صورت نمادین در فرض یک کوه یخی شناور در آب در نظر بگیرد. یافته‌های پژوهش هم ناظر بر عوامل ساختاری جنبه‌های اجتماعی فناوری در ایران در قالب مدلی نظری از هرم روابط لایه‌های ساختاری چند بعدی ترسیم می‌شود که کاملا در پیدایش فناوری، شکل‌دهی اجتماعی فناوری، شکل‌گیری مصرف فناوری و نوآوری فناوری تاثیرات مهمی دارند.

the main problem of the research is a understanding of the social contexts that create, shape and develop desirable technologies in iranian society, and it seeks to explain the nature of each technology in a structural way with a social approach. the purpose of the research is to describe more precisely the relationships of related and effective institutions in the emergence and development of technologies from a sociological perspective. the questions: what is the definition of technology from a social perspective? what is the relationship between the emergence or development of technologies and its social aspects? what are the hidden and intangible infrastructure layers of technology and how are they known? what are the structural factors and institutions affecting the formation and sustainability of technologies in society? what are the consequences of the emergence, development and transfer of technology for society? the current research first uses the observation and library studies and documents, then by using the coding of concepts and the method of qualitative content analysis. it tries to consider the set of technology-related processes symbolically in the assumption of an iceberg floating in water. the findings of the research on the structural factors of the social aspects of technology in iran are drawn in the form of a theoretical model of the pyramid of relationships of multidimensional structural layers, which is completely in the emergence of technology, the social formation of technology, the formation of technology consumption. and technological innovation have important effects.
