تحلیل گفتمان انتقادی استارتاپ اسنپ با تاکید بر دو مقوله کار انعطاف پذیر و ماده زدایی عصر اقتصاد دیجیتال

مقدمه: با گسترش پلتفرم های کسب وکار های اینترنتی در ایران، بالا گرفتن معضل و مسئلة کار و اشتغال، ورود کسب وکاری همچون اسنپ در فضای اقتصاد خرد و کلان ایران، تبدیل به مسئله ای قابل تامل شده است. رشد و نفوذ چنین پلتفرمی موجبات بررسی های دقیق تر از این پدیدۀ نسبتاً فراگیر اجتماعی را ضروری کرده است. هدف:پژوهش حاضر بررسی نسبت دو ادعای اقتصادعصر دیجیتال یعنی کار انعطاف پذیرو ماده زدایی با موقعیت گسترده- ترین بخش مجموعه اسنپ، یعنی اسنپ خودرو و نیروی انسانی پیش برنده به عنوان کاربر راننده است . با بررسی مقوله کار انعطاف پذیر به عنوان یکی از مدعیات جهان شمول در اقتصاد دیجیتال، تلاش شده است تا بازنمایی نقش این مختصات نوپدید از موقعیت حقوقی کار رانندگان در مجموعه اسنپ شناسایی شود، تا امکان فهم کنش های برآمده از آن مقدور گردد. روش شناسی: ابتدا تحلیل بستر تاریخی که در آن بواسطة گسترش نظام دانش ورود اقتصاد دیجیتال در ایران کنونی ممکن شد به اختصارعنوان شده است. سپس مدعای جهان شمول اقتصاد دیجیتال یعنی ماده زدایی، برای فهم گستردگی سرویس اسنپ ارزیابی شده است. جمع آوری داده ها از طریق روش های متنوع کیفی با تمرکز بر مردم نگاری و خودمردم نگاری و مطالعه اسنادی صورت پذیرفته است. درنهایت در قالب تحلیل گفتمان انتقادی، مدعای کار انعطاف پذیر و چارچوب حقوقی متضمن آن تحلیل شده است.یافته ها: باز نمایی و کشف لایه های پنهان گفتمان انعطاف پذیری یا کنش های متبادر از آن درخصوص نیروی کار موسوم به کاربر راننده در قالب گفتمان های رسمی و تجاری جاری حول مسئله به عنوان یافته های این پژوهش ارایه شده است.

a critical study of snapp startup with emphasis on two two major claims flexible work and dematerialization of the digital economic era.

introduction:while the internet based business platforms emergence in iran has ferociously grown in the recent years, in addition to the traditional work and labour issues; the bold presence of a business like snapp in both major and minor sections of national economy has been turned into a critical phenomenon. such huge presence and a high rate of penetration bring up the need for critical analysis of such epidemic social matter—since it directly relates to the means of production and labour market. aims: the current research aims to critique two major claims of the digital economic era, respectively the “flexible work” & “dematerialization” in the case of snapp company’s biggest sector, namely the drivers with their assets and equipments which are the main raw materials of snapp production line. in doing so, by an in depth literature review of the universal claim of the digital economic era under the notion of flexible work, the research had tried to reveal the hidden layers of this brand new notion features as some objective representations of the phenomenon in order to provide more explanations of the related actions and behaviors. methods:primarily a historic review of the knowledge requirements, major economical approach turns through a transition to the digital economy has been conducted. next, a systemic literature review regarding the theoretical frame works around the dematerialization notion based on the snapp compatible features has been done. to extract some prime objective and field data, qualitative methods under auto-ethnography tradition has been used. interviews and field observations are among these methods of data extraction. finally, in a critical discourse analysis method a discourse of normalization by technology in such platforms has been recognized around the flexible work claims. then, under such discourse, its paradoxical criterion have been detected and a linguistic approach has been implied on the discourse in order to critic the juridical and law issues surrounding the hegemonic claims of flexible work. findings:the hidden layers of the discourse around the flexible work notion and/or the behavioral incarnations of such by the drivers’ work force in the field of financial markets or official national regulations have been presented as the findings
