طراحی مدل دانشگاه پایدار، مبتنی بر مطالعات صورت گرفته در ایران

هدف: هدف از این پژوهش، مطالعۀ نظام‌مند و سنتزپژوهی بر الگوهای نظری و پژوهشهای صورت‌گرفته در ایران با موضوع دانشگاه پایدار به منظور تلخیص، طبقه‌بندی و تلفیق مولفه‌های آن بود. روش: پژوهش حاضر از نظر هدف، کاربردی با رویکرد کیفی و راهبرد آن، سنتزپژوهی است. بدین منظور، تعداد 15 مقالۀ داخلی، بررسی و برای جمع‌آوری و تحلیل داده‌ها، از روش تحلیل محتوای کیفی استقرایی مبتنی بر کدگذاری باز، محوری و انتخابی، به وسیلۀ نرم‌افزار nvivo10 استفاده شد. یافته‌ها: پس از کدگذاری، 203 مولفۀ دانشگاه پایدار در 25 مقوله و هشت بُعد سازماندهی شدند. ابعاد به ترتیب نزولی تعداد ارجاع و منابع عبارتند از: مدیریت زیست‌محیطی فضای دانشگاهی؛ آموزش پایدار؛ مشارکت‌کنندگان؛ مدیریت پایدار؛ سرمایۀ اجتماعی؛ پژوهش پایدار؛ نظارت، ارزیابی و گزارش‌دهی؛ اداری و مالی. نتیجه‌گیری:در الگوهای داخلی ارائه شده برای دانشگاه پایدار، به بُعد اجتماعی، فرهنگی و اقتصادی توسعۀ پایدار در مقابل بعد زیست‌محیطی کمتر توجه شده است. لزوم توجه بیشتر به حوزه‌های اجتماعی، پژوهش، نظارت و ارزیابی و اداری و مالی در خصوص پایداری دانشگاهها، در کنار توجه به مدیریت زیست‌محیطی فضای دانشگاهی، آموزش پایدار، مشارکت‌کنندگان و مدیریت پایدار تاکید می‌شود. طراحی الگویی جامع و کل‌نگر در خصوص پایداری دانشگاه توسط هر یک از دانشگاههای بزرگ کشور، مطابق با فرهنگ ایران اسلامی و متناسب با توانایی‌ها و ماموریتهای آنها توصیه می‌شود.

Planning a Sustainable University Model Based on the Researches in Iran

Objective: Sustainable development and balanced in all economic, social, cultural, political and environmental dimensions of the community depends on the development of human resources, the continuous development of higher education institutions and the establishment of sustainable universities. The purpose of this research is to systematically study and synthesize research on theoretical models and researches conducted in Iran with the subject of sustainable university in order to summarize, classify and integrate the components of the University. Method: Using qualitative method of MetaSynthesis, 15 papers were studied and data collection and analysis data was done by open, axial and selective coding and using Nvivo10 software.Results: 203 of the University's sustainability indicators were organized in 25 components and 8 dimensions. Dimensions in terms of number of referrals and number of sources in descending order are: campus environmental management, sustainable education, contributors, sustainable management, social capital, sustainable research, monitoring, evaluation and reporting, and administrative and financial. Conclusion: The results of the findings showed that: less research has been done with a native and comprehensive approach to sustainable higher education, The environmental dimension of sustainable development has been considered more than social and economic, cultural as well as key and infrastructure of other aspects of sustainable development, have been neglected. Designing a comprehensive and holistic model of sustainability universities, according to Iran's culture and IslamicIranian model of progress for future research is recommended.
