گزارشی از اخلاق و مفاهیم اقتصادی در رسالۀ حقوق امام سجاد(ع)

هدف: این پژوهش با هدف بررسی رساله الحقوق امام سجاد(ع) از منظر ادبیات علم اقتصاد انجام شد. این رساله با بیش از 50 وظیفه برای فرد نسبت به دیگران، درسنامه‌ای اخلاقی و بیان‌کنندۀ رفتار انسان در حوزۀ روابط فردی و اجتماعی است. حقوق مطرح‌شده در این رساله، در بر گیرندۀ بسیاری از روابط اجتماعی انسان است. روش: در این مقاله سعی شده است با تکیه بر قرآن کریم و نیز استفاده از چارچوبهای دانش اقتصاد، به استخراج مفاهیم اقتصادی از رساله‌الحقوق پرداخته شود. نتایج: نتایج پژوهش نشان می‌دهد مفاهیمی مانند همزمانی منفعت دین و دنیا، ممنوعیت مطلق مال حرام، صدقه: پس‌انداز- امانت نزد خداوند، تکلیف آسان بر مردم: عدم افراط، حق حاکم: وظیفه در مقابل مردم، حق مردم بر حکومت، حق شریک، حق مال و حق بستانکار، مفاهیمی‌اند که امام سجاد(ع) دیدگاههای اقتصادی خویش را ذیل آنها مطرح فرموده‌اند.

a report on ethics and economic concepts in imam sajjad’s treatise on law

the purpose of this research is to examine imam sajjad’s treatise on rights from the perspective of economics literature. this treatise, which contains more than 50 duties for an individual towards others, is actually a moral textbook that expresses human behavior in the field of personal and social relationships. the rights raised in this treatise include many social relations of each person. in this article, an attempt has been made to extract economic concepts from the treatise on rights by relying on the holy quran and using the theoretical framework of economics. the results of the research show that concepts such as the simultaneous benefit of religion and the world, the absolute prohibition of haram wealth, charity: savings - trust with god, easy duty to the people: not overdoing it, the right of the ruler: the duty to the people, the right of the people to rule, the right of a partner. property rights and creditor’s rights are concepts that his holiness has presented his economic views under these concepts.
