بررسی محتوایی رساله‌های مدیریت و خط‌مشی‌گذاری فرهنگی

هدف: تاکنون رساله‌های متعددی در حوزۀ مدیریت و خط مشی‌گذاری فرهنگی در کشور انجام شده که هرکدام از آنها سعی داشته‌اند تا از زاویه‌ای متفاوت به این موضوع مهم بپردازند. بر همین اساس، پژوهش حاضر سعی کرد تا با بررسی محتوایی رساله‌های انجام‌شده در حوزۀ مدیریت و خط مشی‌گذاری فرهنگی به روش فراترکیب، تحلیلی جامع از یافته‌های این رساله‌ها ارائه دهد. روش: پژوهش حاضر از نوع تحقیقات توسعه‌ای است و با مرور کلیۀ رساله‌های مرتبط با موضوع پژوهش در دانشگاههای منتخب که رشته‌های مرتبط را داشته‌اند، تعداد 50 رساله به عنوان نمونۀ پژوهش، انتخاب و با بهره‌برداری از روش فراترکیب(رویکرد هفت مرحله‌ای سندلوسکی و باروسو) بررسی محتوایی انجام شده است. یافته‌ها و نتایج: بر اساس تحلیل انجام‌شده، مقولات اصلی استخراج‌شده شامل بستر اجرای خط مشی فرهنگی، چالش‌های خط مشی‌گذاری فرهنگی، اصول مفهومی در خط مشی‌گذاری فرهنگی، مولفه‌های فرهنگی در خط مشی‌گذاری فرهنگی، الگوهای خط مشی‌گذاری فرهنگی و در نهایت، کاربردهای خط مشی‌گذاری فرهنگی می‌باشند.

content review of management and cultural policy treatises

purpose: so far, many treatises have been done in the field of cultural management and policy making in the country, each of them has tried to deal with this important issue from an angle. accordingly, in the present research, an attempt has been made to provide a comprehensive analysis of the findings of these treatises by examining the content of theses in the field of cultural management and policy-making in a meta- synthesis method. method: the current research is a developmental research type and by reviewing all thesis related to the research topic in the selected universities that had connected fields, 50 thesis were selected as a research sample and this content review has been done by using the meta- synthesis method (seven-step approach of sandelovski and barroso). findings and results: based on the analysis, the main extracted categories include the context of cultural policy implementation, prophetic way in cultural policy, cultural policy patterns and challenges, conceptual principles in cultural policy making, cultural components in cultural policy making, patterns of cultural policy making and finally applications of cultural policy making patterns.
