شکل‌گیری ناحیۀ نوآوری با رویکرد علوم انسانی؛ بستر ایفای نقش دانشگاه در امر توسعه

هدف: شکل‌گیری ناحیۀ نوآوری یکی از راهبردهای موثر در توسعۀ نوآوری و دانش فنّاورانه با رویکرد حل مسئله است. از سوی دیگر، همواره دغدغۀ بهره‌مندی از علوم انسانی اجتماعی در امر توسعه وجود داشته، ولی نه از سوی جوامع دانشگاهی و نه از سوی لایۀ سیاستی و اجرایی، پاسخی درخور نیافته است. یکی از موانع این رخداد را نبود بستر مناسب ایفای نقش دانشگاه، به عنوان نمایندۀ جریان دانشی در امر توسعه می‌دانند و با اینکه نواحی نوآوری، نقشی مکمل در بسترسازی این امر داشته، ولی همچنان فعال‌سازی این ظرفیت و گسترش مفهومی آن در کشور، نیازمند اقدامات پژوهشی و اجرایی بیشتری است. روش: در پژوهش حاضر که با رویکردی کیفی انجام‌شده، علاوه بر مطالعات اسنادی، از ابزار مصاحبه برای گردآوری داده و از روش تحلیل مضمون برای تجزیه‌وتحلیل و طبقه‌بندی داده‌ها استفاده شده است و ضمن تلاش برای تبیین مفهوم ناحیۀ نوآوری و نگاههای رایج دربارۀ آن، به شناسایی عوامل موثر بر ایجاد این نواحی با تاکید بر علوم انسانی اقدام شده است. یافته‌ها و نتایج: نتایج پژوهش نشان داد عوامل قابل ذکر در شکل‌گیری این نواحی، فارغ از نوع رویکرد، در علوم انسانی نیز مشترک است؛ هر چند تمایزهایی نیز وجود دارد. مضامین اصلی شناسایی‌شده برای شکل‌گیری یک ناحیۀ نوآوری، در هفت مضمون «زیرساختها (کیفیت مکان)»، «فرهنگی- اجتماعی»، «قوانین بالادستی و سیاستهای کلان»، «سرمایۀ انسانی»، «سرمایۀ غیر انسانی»، «ارتباطات» و «همگرایی و تجمیع» بیان شد، ضمن اینکه پیشنهادهایی برای توسعۀ رویکرد علوم انسانی در یک ناحیۀ نوآوری ارائه شد.

the formation of the innovation district with the approach of humanities; the platform of playing the role of the university in the development

aim : the formation of the innovation district is one of the effective strategies in the development of innovation and technological knowledge with a problem-solving approach. on the other hand, there has always been the concern of benefiting from social humanities in the matter of development, but no suitable answer has been found either from academic societies or from the political and executive level. one of the obstacles of this event is the lack of a suitable platform for the role of the university as a representative of the flow of knowledge in the matter of development, and although the innovation districts have a complementary role in creating a platform for this, still the activation of this capacity and its conceptual expansion in the country requires more research and implementation measures.method: in the current research, which is conducted with a qualitative approach, in addition to documentary studies, interview tools were used to collect data, and a thematic analysis method was used to analyze and classify data. while trying to explain the concept of innovation area and common views about it, to identify the factors influencing the creation of these areas has been done with an emphasis on humanities.results  and conclusion  : the results of the research showed that the notable factors in the formation of these areas, regardless of the type of approach, are also common in the humanities, although there are also differences. the main themes identified for the formation of an innovation district were expressed in seven themes of &infrastructure (place quality)&, &socio-cultural&, &upstream laws and macro policies&, &human capital&, &non-human capital&, &communication& and &convergence and agglomeration&. in addition, suggestions were made for the development of the humanities approach in an innovation district.
