تحلیل نظام‌یافتۀ عوامل کلان موثر بر تحصیل موفق دانشجویان از منظر آیت‌الله مهدوی کنی مورد مطالعه: دانشگاه امام صادق(ع)

هدف: شناخت عوامل تاثیرگذار بر تحصیل دانشجویان می‌تواند موجب بهبود برنامه‌ریزی‌های آموزشی و تقویت تدریس و آموزش شود. هدف از این پژوهش، شناسایی و تحلیل نظام‌یافتۀ عوامل کلان موثر بر تحصیل دانشجویان دانشگاه امام صادق از منظر اندیشۀ آیت‌الله مهدوی کنی بود. روش: در این پژوهش سعی شد با روش تحلیل مضمون، عوامل موثر بر تحصیل دانشجویان دانشگاه امام صادق به صورت تلفیقی؛ یعنی هم با مروری جامع و نظام‌یافته بر مطالعات اسنادی آیت‌الله مهدوی کنی(کتابها، مقالات و مکتوبات) و هم با مصاحبه‌های عمیق، استخراج شود. سپس این عوامل به صورت پرسشنامۀ ساختارمند در اختیار خبرگان قرار گرفت تا با نظر آنان تعدیل و اصلاح شود. در مرحلۀ بعد، از طریق رویکرد پژوهش عملیاتی نرم و با به‌کارگیری رویکرد دیمتل فازی، روابط بین عوامل شناسایی و تحلیل شد. یافته‌ها: با محاسبۀ میزان تعامل بین عوامل و اثرگذاری و اثرپذیری هر عامل نسبت به عوامل دیگر، نتایج نشان داد که مهم‌ترین عوامل کلان موثر بر تحصیل دانشجویان دانشگاه امام صادق از نظر تعامل با عوامل دیگر، عبارتند از: «محیط تعلیم و تربیت»، «نظم»، «معنویات» و «شیوه‌های درست تحصیل». نتیجه‌گیری: نتایج این پژوهش بر لزوم توجه به «محیط تعلیم و تربیت» و تقویت آن به منظور تحصیل موفق دانشجویان دانشگاه امام صادق، به خصوص در دوران بیماری کرونا تاکید داشت.

factors affecting the successful education of students from the perspective of ayatollah mahdavi kani(case study: imam sadiq university)

aim : knowing the factors affecting students’ education can improve educational planning and strengthen teaching and learning. the purpose of this research is to identify and systematically analyze the macro factors affecting the education of students at imam sadiq (as) university from the perspective of the thought of ayatollah mahdavi kani. method: in this research, an attempt was made to extract the factors influencing the education of imam sadiq (as) university students in a consolidated manner, that is, with a comprehensive and systematic review of documentary studies (books, articles and letters) of ayatollah mahdavi kani, and with in-depth interviews. then, these factors were provided to the experts in the form of a structured questionnaire to be adjusted and modified from their point of view. in the next step, the relationships between the factors were identified and analyzed through the soft operational research approach and by applying the fuzzy dimetal approach. results : by calculating the amount of interaction between factors and the effectiveness and effectiveness of each factor compared to other factors, the results showed that the most important macro factors affecting the education of imam sadiq (as) university students in terms of interaction with other factors are: &educational environment&, &discipline&, &spirituality& and &correct methods of education&. conclusion: the results of this research emphasized the need to pay attention to the &educational environment& and strengthen it for the successful education of imam sadiq (as) university students, especially in the era of the corona virus.
