تحلیل آموزش مغفول شایستگی‌های تربیت دینی در برنامۀ درسی رشتۀ الهیات در دانشگاه فرهنگیان

هدف: هدف پژوهش حاضر، تحلیل آموزش مغفول شایستگی‌های تربیت دینی در برنامۀ درسی دانشجومعلمان رشتۀ دبیری الهیات و معارف اسلامی در دانشگاه فرهنگیان بود. روش: جامعۀ تحقیق شامل اساتید رشتۀ معارف و کلیۀ سرفصلهای برنامۀ درسی رشتۀ الهیات و معارف اسلامی در دانشگاه فرهنگیان در سال 400-1399 بود. برای انتخاب جامعه از روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند با تکنیک معیاری در بخش اساتید معارف اسلامی و روش نمونه‌گیری سرشماری در بخش سرفصلهای رشتۀ الهیات و معارف اسلامی استفاده شد. ابزار پژوهش در این تحقیق، مصاحبۀ نیمه ساختاریافته و چک‌لیست تحلیل محتوا بود؛ بدین صورت که در مرحلۀ اول با 15 نفر از اساتید رشتۀ معارف اسلامی برای استخراج شایستگی‌های تربیت دینی مصاحبه صورت گرفت. سپس بر اساس شایستگی‌های استخراج شده در خصوص تربیت دینی، یک چک‌لیست تحلیل محتوا طراحی شد تا میزان پوشش شایستگی‌های تربیت بدنی در سرفصلهای برنامۀ درسی رشتۀ الهیات و معارف اسلامی در دانشگاه فرهنگیان تحلیل شود. برای تعیین روایی ابزار، از روایی محتوایی استفاده شد و فهرست وارسی در اختیار سه نفر از متخصصان معارف اسلامی قرار گرفت. روایی سازۀ تحلیل محتوا نیز از نظر اساتید رشتۀ معارف، بررسی و تایید شد و پایایی آن با بهره‌گیری از روش ویلیام اسکاتریال 82 درصد محاسبه شد. یافته‌ها: نتایج نشان داد که سرفصلهای برنامۀ درسی در رشتۀ الهیات و معارف اسلامی در دانشگاه فرهنگیان بخش زیادی از شایستگی‌ها را پوشش داده است؛ ولی بعضی از مولفه‌های هر شایستگی نیز مورد غفلت قرار گرفته‌اند. همچنین در سرفصلهای برنامۀ درسی دبیری الهیات، شایستگی‌های شناختی بیشترین و شایستگی‌های اقتصادی- حرفه‌ای کمترین حضور را داشتند. بحث و نتیجه‌گیری: به نظر می‌رسد نیاز است دست‌اندرکاران آموزشی و برنامه‌ریزان درسی دانشگاه فرهنگیان، نسبت به آموزش شایستگی‌های تربیت دینی غفلت شده در سرفصلهای برنامۀ درسی رشتۀ الهیات و معارف اسلامی توجه داشته باشند.

analysis of neglected teaching of religious education competencies in the theology field curriculum at farhangian university

aim : the purpose of this research is to analyze neglected teaching of religious education competencies in the curriculum of student-teachers in the department of theology and islamic studies at farhangian university. method: the research community included professors of the field of education and all subjects of the curriculum of theology and islamic studies at farhangian university in 2020-2021; to select them, the purposeful sampling method with criterion technique was used in the department of islamic education professors and the census sampling method was used in the department of theology and islamic education. the research tools in this research were semi-structured interviews and a content analysis checklist. thus, in the first stage, 15 islamic studies professors were interviewed to extract the merits of religious education; then, based on the extracted competencies regarding religious education, a content analysis checklist was designed to analyze the coverage of physical education competencies in the curriculum headings of theology and islamic studies in farhangian university. to determine the validity of the tool, content validity was used and the checklist was given to three experts in islamic education. the validity of the content analysis structure was checked and confirmed by the professors of the field of education, and its reliability was calculated using the william scott method at 82%. results : the results showed that the curriculum headings in the field of theology and islamic studies at farhangian university have covered a large part of competencies, but some components of each competency have been neglected. in addition, cognitive competencies were the most and economic-professional competencies were the least present in the curriculum headings of the theology department. conclusion: it seems that there is a need for educators and curriculum planners of farhangian university to pay attention to teaching the neglected religious education competencies in the curriculum of theology and islamic studies.
