ارائه الگوی عوامل کلیدی موفقیت برای تحقق مرجعیت علمی در دانشگاه اسلامی (مورد مطالعه دانشگاه امام صادق(ع))

هدف: پژوهش حاضر با هدف شناسایی عوامل کلیدی موفقیت برای تحقق دانشگاه اسلامی و مدلسازی این عوامل در راستای تعیین الگوی مطلوب این عوامل کلیدی برای تحقق مرجعیت علمی دانشگاه اسلامی، با تمرکز بر دانشگاه امام صادق (ع) انجام شد. روش: در این راستا با تحلیل مضمون داده‌های مستخرج از بیانات و پیام‌های مقام معظم رهبری، منابع کتابخانه‌ای و مصاحبه با 11 نفر از خبرگان، 231 مضمون اولیه در 13 مضمون سازمان‌دهنده به‌عنوان عوامل کلیدی موفقیت در 3 مضمون فراگیر دسته‌بندی شدند و پس از آن، سطح‌بندی‌‌ مولفه‌ها با تکنیک مدلسازی ساختاری تفسیری (ism) مبتنی بر نظر 13 نفر از خبرگان انجام شد. یافته‌ها: در نهایت مدل سه سطحی از عوامل کلیدی موفقیت شکل گرفت که برای ارائه تحلیل‌های بیشتر و ارائه راهبردهای مناسب به مدیران دانشگاهی، تحلیل قدرت نفوذ و میزان وابستگی نیز بر روی مولفه‌ها انجام شد و مولفه‌ها مبتنی بر میزان نفوذ و وابستگی در 4 دسته مولفه‌های خودمختار، وابسته، مستقل و پیوندی قرار گرفتند. نتیجه‌گیری: براساس نتایج پژوهش لازم است تا برای موفقیت در تحقق مرجعیت علمی دانشگاه امام صادق (ع) بیشترین توجه به مولفه‌های با بیشترین ضریب نفوذ شامل «برنامه‌ریزی راهبری» و «ایجاد سیستم‌های مدیریتی دقیق» که در پایه‌ای‌ترین سطح مدل قرار داشتند معطوف گردد.

presenting a model of key success factors for achieving scientific authority in islamic university (case study of imam sadeq university)

aim: the present research is conducted with the purpose of identifying the key success factors for the recognition of the islamic university and modeling these factors in order to determine the ideal model of these key factors for the realization of the scientific authority of the islamic university, with a focus on imam sadiq university. method: by analyzing the content of the data extracted from the statements and messages of the supreme leader, interviewing 11 experts and other library resources, 231 initial themes in 13 organizing themes as key success factors and they were categorized into 3 comprehensive themes and then component leveling was performed using interpretive structural modeling (ism) technique based on the opinions of 13 experts. results: finally, a three-level model of key success factors was formed, which was performed on the components to provide further analysis and appropriate strategies to university administrators to analyze the power of influence and the degree of dependence. the components based on the degree of influence and dependence were divided into 4 categories of autonomous, dependent, independent and connected components. conclusion: based on the research results, it is necessary to pay the most attention to the components with the highest penetration, including &strategic planning&, &creating accurate management systems& which are at the most basic level of the model.
