بررسی و تحلیل چهار ویژگی رهبری اصیل در قرآن بر اساس دلالتهای داستان حضرت موسی(ع)

هدف: این پژوهش با هدف بررسی و تحلیل چهار ویژگی رهبری اصیل در قرآن بر اساس دلالتهای داستان حضرت موسی(ع) انجام شده است. روش: در این پژوهش با بهره‌گیری از امکانات و ابزار کتابخانه‌ای، با روش تطبیقی تحلیلی، چهار ویژگی خودآگاهی، پردازش متوازن، وجدان درونی و شفافیت رابطه در سبک رهبری اصیل و سبک رهبری حضرت موسی(ع) بررسی شد. یافته‌ها: فرضیۀ تحقیق مبنی بر قابلیت شایستگی و بایستگی سبک رهبری حضرت موسی(ع) حول محور تحلیل چهار ویژگی مذکور برای عصر حاضر، به اثبات رسید. نتیجه‌گیری: سبک رهبری اصیل در رهبری حضرت موسی(ع) نسبت به سبک رهبری اصیل از دیدگاه متفکران غربی، بر اصول و مبانی چندگانه‌ای استوار است که علاوه بر جامعیت، قابلیت اجرا و کاربردی شدن نیز دارد.

Designing a Model of the Career Path Process of Knowledge Workers: (Case Study: Municipality of Tehran)
