اعتبارسنجی الگوی انتقال یادگیری برنامه‌های پرورش هیئت علمی دانشگاههای شهر قم

هدف: بررسی عوامل موثر بر انتقال یادگیری برنامه‌های پرورش هیئت علمی در دانشگاههای منتخب شهر قم. روش: پژوهش حاضر با راهبرد اکتشافی و رویکرد ترکیبی انجام شد. در مرحلۀ کیفی با روش نظریۀ زمینه‌ای و انجام مصاحبه‌های نیمه ساختاریافته شرایط زمینه‌ای، عوامل علّی و میانجی، راهبردها و پیامدهای فرایند انتقال یادگیری در برنامه‌های پرورش هیئت علمی بررسی و الگوی کیفی بر اساس مدل پاردایمی نظریۀ زمینه‌ای ترسیم شد. در مرحلۀ کمّی از طریق پرسشنامۀ طراحی‌شده، نظرات 200 نفر از اعضای هیئت علمی دانشگاههای شهر قم، جمع‌آوری و تجزیه و تحلیل شد. یافته‌ها: انگیزش و احساس نیاز اعضای هیئت علمی با انتقال یادگیری به عنوان پدیدۀ محوری، رابطۀ معنادار داشتند؛ اما رابطۀ حرفه‌گرایی هیئت علمی با انتقال یادگیری تایید نشد. همچنین ارتقای سطح آزادی علمی، جامعه‌پذیری اعضای هیئت علمی و شایستگی مدرّسان به عنوان راهبردهای الگوی طراحی شده بر بهبود عملکرد اعضای هیئت علمی تاثیر معنادار داشت. نتیجه‌گیری: ارتقای کیفی فرایند پذیرش و جذب دانشجویان، ارتقای سطح نعاملات بین‌المللی، پویایی برنامه‌های درسی و حاکمیت جو حمایتی در سطح محیط‌های دانشگاهی، نیازسنجی جامع و مشارکت اعضای هیئت علمی در طراحی برنامه‌های پرورش، ارتقای سطح آزادی علمی، اصلاح و پیاده‌سازی فرایند جامعه‌پذیری هیئت علمی و به کارگیری مدرّسان شایسته بر افزایش سطح اثربخشی برنامه‌های پرورش هیئت علمی تاثیرگذار است.

Learning Transfer Pattern Validation of Faculty Development Programs in Qom Universities 

Objectives:The present article aims at analyzing the effective factors on Learning Transfer pattern Validation of faculty development programs in Qom selected universities. Method: The method of the survey is explorative and compound approach and to reach this goal, the researchers, using the method of analyzing qualitative content, have devised a conceptual model by conducting semistructured interviews with a group of experts and integrating their views into theoretical literature of research and documentary studies and in an quantitative content the researchers used questionnaires to collect and analyze  the opinions of 200 scientific members of Qom universities . Results: The results of the study indicate a significant relationship between scientific board members motivation and needs with learning transfer as a fundamental fact. On the other hand the results showed no relationship between scientific members professionalism with learning transfer. The results also indicate a significant relationship between improving the level of academic freedom, socialization and competence among scientific board members with improvement in their academic practice. Conclusion: The authors of the article conclude the following effective factors in improving the level of faculty development programs: promoting the quality of student selection process, improving the international negotiations level , development and improvement in educational planning , comprehensive needs assessment, scientific board cooperation in educative programs planning ,  improving the level of academic freedom, correcting the process of scientific board members socialization and employing the competence professors.
