طراحی الگوی رهبری خدمتگزار با رویکرد اسلامی در آموزش عالی (مورد مطالعه: دانشگاه ایلام)

هدف: پژوهش حاضر با هدف ارائۀ الگوی رهبری خدمتگزار در آموزش عالی(دانشگاه ایلام) انجام شده است. روش: روش تحقیق پژوهش حاضر از نوع تحقیقات آمیختۀ اکتشافی است. از نظر هدف، کاربردی بوده و برای گردآوری داده‌ها از روش میدانی استفاده شده است. ابزار گردآوری داده‌ها، مصاحبه و پرسشنامه بود. جامعۀ آماری تحقیق حاضر، دانشگاه ایلام است. تعداد نمونۀ آماری به ترتیب برای بخش کیفی، هشت نفر و برای بخش دلفی، 20 نفر از خبرگان آموزش عالی بودند که به صورت غیر تصادفی و گلوله‌برفی انتخاب شدند. یافته‌ها: تجزیه و تحلیل یافته‌های بخش دلفی با آزمونهای آماری میانگین، انحراف معیار و ضریب هماهنگی کندال انجام شد. یافته‌ها نشان داد که ابعاد خدمتگزاری، صلاحیت رهبر خدمتگزار، پیامدهای رهبری خدمتگزار، اعتماد، انسان‌گرایی، تواضع و فروتنی، تعهد، نوع‌دوستی و آینده‌نگری، الگوی رهبری خدمتگزار با رویکرد اسلامی در آموزش عالی را شکل می‌دهند. نتیجه‌گیری: بر اساس یافته‌های پژوهش می‌توان نتیجه گرفت که نهادینه‌سازی سبک رهبری خدمتگزار، پیامدهای فردی و سازمانی مختلفی مانند بصیرت‌بخشی، رشد معنوی و شخصیتی کارکنان، وحدت‌بخشی، توانمندسازی، بهبود ارتباطات سازمانی و فراهم کردن برنامه‌های آموزشی را برای کارکنان به همراه دارد.

Designing the Servant Leadership Pattern with an Islamic Approach in Higher Education

Objectives: In order to achieve this goal, one of the best styles can be Servant Leadership. This study aims to present a model of Servant Leadership in higher education (University of Ilam). Method: The research is exploratory mixed method research in the categories of applied research and field method is used for data collection. Data is collected by tools interviews and questionnaires. The Statistical population of this research was chosen from the higher education (universities of Ilam), the number of statistical sample for the qualitative section were 8 and for the Delphi section were 20 experts of higher education that were selected by snowball sampling and nonrandom sampling. Results: The analysis of Delphi section was conducted by statistical tests including mean, standard deviation and Kendall's coefficient. Results revealed that following dimensions make up an Islamic approach: serving, servant leadership competencies, outcomes of servant leadership, trust, humanism, humility, commitment, altruism and forecasting model of servant leadership in higher education. Conclusion: Based on research findings, it can be concluded that the Institutionalizing of the service leadership style has various personal and organizational consequences such as insight, spiritual and personality development of employees, Unifying, empowerment, and improvement of organizational communication and provision of training programs for employees.
