تبیین ماهیت آیات جهاد از دیدگاه تفسیری علامه جوادی‌آملی‌ و ارزیابی دیدگاه فایرستون

جهاد در اسلام دارای ابعاد گوناگونی است که می توان همگی را زیر عنوان تلاش در راه خدا جمع نمود. در این میان، تنها در مسئله جنگ، سوءبرداشت های فراوانی ایجاد شده که موجب بروز هجمه های فراوانی نسبت به اسلام گشته و از آنجایی که در سال های اخیر افزایش تنش در مناطق اسلامی، عاملی برای رشد پدیده اسلام هراسی شده، ضروری است تا با تبیین حقیقت جهاد، موضع حقیقی دین را آشکار کرد. مبانی جنگ، به خوبی در آیات قرآن بیان شده و علامه جوادی آملی ابعاد آن را از طریق تفسیری جامع از آیات جهاد روشن ساخته است. در جانب مقابل، فایرستون، خاورپژوه معاصر، دیدگاه اسلامی در مسئله جهاد را به چالش نقد کشانده است. تقابل این دو دیدگاه، راه مناسبی است تا افزون بر تبیین ماهیت جهاد در قرآن، شبهات مربوطه نیز پاسخ داده شود. از دیدگاه علامه جوادی آملی بر اساس آیات قرآن، جهاد همواره روح دفاعی دارد و هدفش یاری دین در برابر فتنه دشمن و حذف مانع از سر راه فطرت الهی بشر است، اما از دیدگاه فایرستون، جهاد، نماد جنگ محوری و سلطه طلبی اسلام است که این نگاه ناشی از فقدان نگاه انسجامی جامع نسبت به آیات جهاد است.

An Explanation of the Jihad Verses as Viewed by Allameh Javadi Amoli and an Assessment of Firestone`s View
