مردم‌سالاری دینی: قدرت نرم جمهوری اسلامی ایران

با توجه به شرایط جدید در نظام بین الملل و تغییر در ابزارهای قدرت، کشورها به ابزارهای قدرت جدیدی برای تامین منافع و امنیت ملی و نیز حقانیت و تایید کارهای خود روی آورده اند که جنبه سخت افزاری ندارند و با نام قدرت نرم شناخته می شوند. در این زمینه، یکی از منابع، نظام سیاسی یک کشور است که می تواند مهم ترین منبع قدرت نرم یک کشور باشد. در این زمینه، نظام مردم سالاری دینی در ایران منبع کلیدی قدرت نرم است. این منبع که از دیرباز به عنوان بدیل لیبرال دموکراسی غرب در جهان مطرح شد، می تواند در شرایط فعلی که منطقه در حال گذار به مردم سالاری است، الگویی برای ملت های مسلمان باشد و از سوی دیگر، اتهامات واردشده از طرف غرب و غرب گرایان به نظام جمهوری اسلامی ایران را خنثی سازد. هدف این مقاله ارائه الگویی فرهنگی سیاسی از نظام مردم سالاری دینی و بررسی مولفه های نظام مردم سالاری دینی به عنوان قدرت نرم است. در این مقاله با استفاده از روش توصیفی و کتابخانه ای ضمن بررسی مولفه های مردم سالاری دینی، به این سوال پرداخته می شود که کارایی مردم سالاری دینی به عنوان مولفه کلیدی قدرت نرم جمهوری اسلامی چیست.

Religious Democracy: the Soft Power of the Islamic Republic of Iran

Due to the circumstances of new international system and changes in the tools of power, countries have proceeded to new tools of power for securing their national security and interests and also for confirmation of their legitimacy and their performances which are not hardware but they are known as the software. In this context, one of the sources is the political system of a country that can be an important source of soft power of a country. In this context, the system of religious democracy in Iran is the key source of soft power. This source which has long been proposed as an alternative to the Western liberal democracy in the world can be a model for Muslim nations at this present circumstances that the region is in transition to democracy, on the other hand, it can neutralize the view of Westernist and the West's accusation to the Islamic Republic of Iran. This article provides a politicalcultural model of religious democracy and studies the components of religious democracy as the soft power. In this article we review the components of religious democracy using a descriptive and librarian method and respond the question of what is the efficiency of religious democracy as a key component of soft power in the Islamic Republic of Iran.
