طراحی و اعتبارسنجی الگویی برای مدیریت جهادی با تاکید بر سبک مدیریت شهید حاج قاسم سلیمانی؛ رهیافتی آمیخته

بر اساس منظومه‌ی فکری رهبر معظم انقلاب حضرت امام خامنه‌ای (مدظلّه‌العالی)، مدیریت جهادی، مدیریّتی است که با مشیِ فرهنگیِ خردمندانه، مسیر اعتلای مادّی و معنوی ملّت ایران را هموار کرده، حرکت کشور به سمت جایگاه شایسته‌اش را شتاب بخشد. پژوهش حاضر نیز با هدف طراحی و اعتبارسنجی الگویی برای مدیریت جهادی با تاکید بر سبک مدیریت شهید حاج قاسم سلیمانی، در دو مرحله‌ی کیفی و کمّی انجام گرفت. این تحقیق از لحاظ هدف، اکتشافی و از لحاظ نوع، توصیفی بوده که به روش میدانی اجرا شده است. جامعه آماری در مرحله اول 20 نفر از مدیران ادارات دولتی استان اردبیل که به شیوه هدفمند با روش ارجاع زنجیره‌ای (روش گلوله‌برفی) و در مرحله‌ی دوم نیز تعداد 384 نفر از مدیران و معاونین ادارات دولتی استان اردبیل که به شیوه تصادفی طبقه‌ای انتخاب شدند. برای تجزیه و تحلیل اطلاعات در مرحله اول، از روش تحلیل مضمون و نرم‌افزار atlas-ti در 6 مرحله و در مرحله دوم از آزمون تحلیل عاملی تاییدی در نرم‌افزار smart pls استفاده گردید. براساس یافته‌های تحقیق تعداد 6 تِم اصلی و 32 تِم فرعی شناسایی شدند و در بین مولفه‌های اصلی استخراج‌شده نیز، مولفه حرکت جهادی با ضریب مسیر 889/0 بیشترین تاثیر را در الگوی پیشنهادی داشته است.

according to the intellectual system of the supreme leader of the revolution, imam khamenei, jihadi management is a management that, with a wise cultural approach, paves the path of material and spiritual elevation of the iranian nation, and accelerates the country's movement towards its rightful position. the current research was also carried out with the aim of designing and validating a model for jihadi management with an emphasis on the management style of martyr hajj qassem soleimani, in two qualitative and quantitative stages. in terms of purpose, this research is exploratory and in terms of type, it is descriptive, which was implemented in the field method. in the first stage, the statistical population was 20 people from the managers of the government offices of ardabil province, who were selected in a targeted way using the chain referral method (snowball method) and in the second stage, 384 people from the managers and deputies of the government offices of ardabil province were selected by stratified random method. to analyze the data in the first stage, the theme analysis method and atlas-ti software were used in 6 stages, and in the second stage, the confirmatory factor analysis test was used in the smart pls software. based on the findings of the research, 6 main themes and 32 sub-themes were identified, and among the extracted main components, the jihad movement component with a path coefficient of 0.889 had the most impact on the proposed model.
