ارزشیابی میزان اثربخشی طرح نماز کلید بهشت در سازمان نهضت سوادآموزی

پژوهش حاضر از نظر هدف در زمره تحقیقات کاربردی و از نظر روش از نوع آمیخته اکتشافی است که به شیوه علی مقایسه‌ای انجام‌شده است. برای گردآوری اطلاعات از مصاحبه‏های نیمه ساختاریافته و پرسشنامه محقق ساخته استفاده شد. اطمینان از روایی ابزار (صوری و محتوایی) با استفاده از تکنیک دلفی تامین شد. جامعه آماری شامل صاحب‌نظران و کارشناسان سازمان سوادآموزی، کارشناسان ادارات کل آموزش و پرورش، کارشناسان ستاد اقامه نماز، آموزش‌دهنده‌ها و سوادآموزان کشور بودند. از روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند تا سطح اشباع نظری داده ها و از روش نمونه گیری طبقه ای استفاده ‌شد. حجم نمونه با استفاده از جدول تعیین حجم نمونه گرجسی و مورگان در گروه آموزش‌دهندگان 357 نفر و سوادآموزان 381 نفر به‌دست‌آمد. تحلیل محتوای مصاحبه‌ها به شکل تئوریک انجام گرفت. تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌ها با استفاده از آمار توصیفی و استنباطی انجام گرفت. سطح معنی داری آزمون t در هر دو گروه سوادآموز و آموزش دهنده کمتر از 0.05 بود، لذا برابری میانگین نمونه آماری تحقیق با عدد 2 (به معنی متوسط ) یعنی h0: μ=2 رد و فرض مقابل h1: μ≠2 تایید شد. نتیجه اینکه فرضیهh1: μ>2در هر دو گروه مورد مطالعه مورد پذیرش واقع گردید. مشارکت کنندگان در پژوهش دوره آموزش عملی نماز را عالی ارزیابی نمودند. بر این اساس، پیشنهاد می شود دوره های آموزشی مشابه در خصوص موضوعاتی که در زندگی فردی و اجتماعی آنان موثر است، اجرا شود.

evaluating the effectiveness of key to heaven prayer plan in literacy movement organization

in terms of the purpose, the current research is in the category of applied research, and in terms of the method, it is a mixed exploratory type, which was conducted in a causal comparative way. semi structured interviews and a researcher made questionnaire were used to collect information. ensuring the validity of the tool (face and content) was provided using the delphi technique. the statistical population included the experts and experts of the literacy organization, experts of the general departments of education, experts of the prayer headquarters, educators and literate students of the country.the purposeful sampling method was used until the theoretical saturation level of the data and the stratified sampling method was used. the sample size was obtained using the sample size determination table of georgesi and morgan in the group of 357 teachers and 381 literate students. the content analysis of the interviews was done theoretically. data analysis was done using descriptive and inferential statistics.the significance level of the t test in both the literate and the teacher groups was less than 0.05, so the average of the statistical sample of the research is equal to the number 2 (meaning medium) means rejection and the opposite hypothesis was confirmed. as a result, the hypothesis was accepted in both study groups. the participants in the research evaluated the practical prayer training course as excellent. based on this, it is suggested to implement similar training courses on the subjects that are effective in their personal and social life.
